Wendy's — Restaurant in North Huntingdon Township

Forgot my nuggets, this Wendy’s is going down hill. I use to go here all the time with no problems. Now every time I come here it’s always something. Figured try during the day because I dread going at night depending on who’s working. Sometimes you get phenomenal service other times you get someone screaming in frustration or loudly sighing in the microphone. I’m a manager and work with food it is sickening to see how i get treated because I get off late and want a meal for me and my husband and it’s roughly and hour before they close. There is hardly anything open after 10:30-11 pm and when you’re just getting off work you want something quick and easy. Then the numerous amount of employees that come in after to my job when I work late and demand perfect service. So now here I am on my day off thinking it’s good to go now during the day. NOPE. If I could truly give this place zero stars, I would. Staff needs trained terribly on what silverware goes with what foods. I have ordered chili here five times and everytime I ask to please make sure I have a spoon as every time previously they never gave me one. A manager offered me a free large chili, I come back a week later to get it and guess what they freaking forgot... MY DARN SPOON!! If I did this when I worked at McDonalds as a teenager, I wouldve been retrained and pulled from the floor immediately. This is just unacceptable at this point. The $5 for 5 biggie bag is one of the best fast food deals around. You are able to feed four people for less than $22 dollars! In this economy, that is amazing. We also got a blueberry pomegranate drinks. This is my first time getting one, and I’m definitely going to start getting them more often. It’s hard to believe they don’t charge extra for this drink with the $5 for 5 deal. I used the mobile app and it worked perfectly. The person who gave me our drinks used extra drink carriers stacked, which made it much easier to carry. The staff was extremely friendly, even when I asked for extra BBQ.
