Wendy's — Restaurant in North Kansas City

SLOW SLOW SLOW. Whoever works here, please never get jobs that require urgency because someone will die if you happen to become an EMT or something. Sometimes the toppings, especially the pickles, taste like chlorine. This is only telling me someone isn't rinsing the solution off the pans right if they are using anything but the pink concentrate OR they're using it but not letting it dry completely before use. Regularly forgetful of items despite taking 6 to 12 minutes on one order (it should take maximum 3). Employees don't know how the system works when asked to substitute side items and just tell me they've never done that. Really now? I have worked at a Wendy's before and know the ins and outs. Now I know you're lying. Anyways, train your employees time management and to keep items in regular rotation with individual stations staffed so you don't have one person running around doing 3 different things. *No one was in the drive-thru, or in the restaurant... No other customers...As in deserted Western ghost town, with rolling tumbleweeds, in the streets...Not a soul, in sight... Zero (0), customer population, at 3pm----Thursday afternoon....

Ordered an Apple/Pecan salad, w/ the chicken, on the side---to give to my doggos, since I am a vegetarian...

*Also, ordered, and PAID for: double apples, double Bleu Cheese, double Pecans, double cranberries, and two (2) Pomegranate Dressing packets...

*RECEIVED: NO CHICKEN, NO EXTRA PECANS, NO EXTRA APPLES, NO EXTRA BLEU CHEESE, NO EXTRA CRANBERRIES, and a packet of RANCH DRESSING.... (And, for some inexplicable toss-in----onions....?)

Dining room was clean and service was quick and friendly.

The floors were left very slick without a warning sign. It felt like they were left soapy which made them extra slick. The bathroom urinal was installed inches above the floor without a splash guard, so urine gets everywhere. They didn't have a paper towel dispenser. Trash was all over the bathroom floor.

This is for corporate: I choose Wendy's for the healthy options they provide like salads and mashed potatoes. I am very disappointed that their healthiest option for dressing, the vinaigrette, has "sugar" as the second ingredient, uses inflammatory oils, and tastes like pancake syrup. Similarly, their "buttery spread" is mainly just a bunch of toxic and inflammatory oils.
