with a full cast of nimtards... let's start at the beginning when I sat in my house at 8:15 and got online to order my fav sandwich from Capriotti's which is a simple Philly cheese steak sandwich with hot peppers MAYO and onions simple... I completed my order at 8: 20, which I then received an email confirming my order had been received and it Would be ready by 8:38 p.m. and when I got there at 8:40 the shop was pretty empty approximately including myself for people in there two of which were waiting for their sandwiches to leave.. no sandwich was ready for me nor was in the queue to be prepared the two very immature employees then told me they did not receive my order it must be at the other store on Pecos Road 10 minutes up the road without even properly looking in the system to see if they had an error I then had to go back to my car pull up the email confirming my order received at 1311 Craig Road after proving my point in showing him my email he then decided to take a minute to do his job and look in the system to find my order which was already paid for Via credit card then in for me it'll be another 10 minutes which made my kids very late for their family movie night to see the very special Finding Dory as I informed the not-so-bright employee that my orders had been messed up on several occasions in the past could he please print my ticket and recheck it to make sure my sandwich will be correct he then gave me an attitude told me to go back to my email and pull it up at that point I just said forget it because I have nothing nice to say at that point but I just knew my sandwich was going to be wrong and of course when I got in my car and opened up my neatly wrapped sandwich inspect exactly how piss-poor of a job they did with it I realized NO MAYO I don't know what kind of tomfoolery your establishment has going on for the night shift but it should be a requirement to be able to count past ten to have a job there I felt very agitated and disrespected buy them, they had no apologies for their lack of performance and professionalism in their job NO PRIDE and it's really sad to pay a full staff of grown men (that are obviously over 12 years old whom I'm sure I have mothers that raised them better than that although evidence of it was not apparent on Friday night June 24th ). can't perform the simple task of making one single sandwich correctly I don't know whether it's just poor management or the employees just don't give a damn about their job but either way I'll never go back to Capriotti's at 1311 Craig Road ever again they have completely...
Read moreI witnessed the absolute most abhorrent treatment of your employee Crystal by a very large feml (W) as well as the General Manager. To give a synopsis, I stood at the register area for about 3 minutes prior to Crystal having to stop what she was doing just to assist me. This is because the larger female described above looked at me and completely ignored me. I asked for a side order of the spicy pepper relish, and Crystal turned to her co-worker to ask how to charge for the request. The larger woman literally rolled her eyes in front of her and said, "I'm not going to answer that question. Ask someone else. Crystal looked positively dejected and walked to the back to speak with the manager (still in eye view). Crystal repeatedly tried to get her attention (she was dealing with bread), and the manager said, "What?!" in an exasperated voice. I then heard the manager ask, "What size does she want?." and Crystal responded. When Crystal came back and asked me, I told her the small container and also inquired on whether this specific location was a franchise or reported to corporate. She went and got the manager, who attempted to give me an attitude until I asked the specific question directly to her. She then advised me that "He (owner) does not handle any customer complaints, I do." She never inquired about what the issue was. Well, thankfully, this survey printed on the receipt. Read moreThis review is not for the food itself; this review is for the amazing service I had today. If your store gives employee of the month, or incentives please give Ms. Laura one ! She deserves to be employee of the month. I came today to get a cole turkey, and some grilled cheese for the kids. I was early but when my food was handed over I still was told I’m sorry for the wait. I had only waited a couple minutes. Then to my surprise I got home, went to eat and realized though the outside said CT xtra slaw, it was a Philly w/ extra hot peppers! I went back to the store, and was helped again by Ms. Laura, she asked me what was wrong immediately; and got my order fixed right away! She then offered me a bag of chips, a drink, to which I responded no thank you. She then offered me any kind of compensation, and when I declined she still handed me over a cookie! I could see how this young woman actually cared about my concern, and wanted to make sure she fixed the situation & turned into a happy one!
