I'll admit it's been some time since I've been here. In fact, the last time I was here it was on the other side of the street so things HAVE changed a bit. I hoped location was all that changed. I was wrong. PRO: The young lady who served me seemed very nice and sincerely interested in helping me understand and order everything I wanted. Her name is Jacqueline. CON: We usually order the 2 entree plate. One each for 3 adults plus spring rolls and various other add-ons. Mine (for years) has been a double order of teriyaki chicken but they've changed it to a dry, grilled teri chicken and then (if you ask) you can get these little packets of teriyaki sauce whereas before they practically overflowed the container with it. You knew your chicken was going to be moist AND that you were going to have plenty of sauce but not any more! It looked so dry with no sauce on it at all I didn't/couldn't order it. For the first time in years, I had to order something different. When I got home and started divvying up the food I realized how much lighter the portions were from when they were across the street. I also noticed that one of our add-ons didn't get added. It was odd though because I had to wait for it to be made. They just put in 1 of the 2 that were ordered and paid for. ?? Read moreThe main concern I had with this specific location is constantly waiting for the food when it should of been already cooking and having that extra back up especially during lunch rushes or dinner rushes. Another concern I would like to address is the customer service here. Many times the staff is extremely rude and do not handle situations appropriately. I have addressed it to the store manager but the issue still stands. For example one time the cook (a male) and a shift lead i believe went at it with each other and started yelling at one another in front of us (the customers). I believe this specific place needs to up train everyone and assure that the customers are the main priority and assuring we are well taken cared of. Read moreWorst service ever... I ordered a delivery order... ordered 2 kids meals and a regular meal, when I received my order, my kids meals only had noodles, no chicken, no drinks, no apple crisps. When I called for help or for a refund, the associate said that they don't do refund. That I could go back and get my chicken. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said, " my assistant manager is on break and I don't want to bother her." When I asked to speak to a store manager, she said " the store manager won't be back until Friday" today is Wednesday. This was the worst delivery/customer service/ fast food experience in my life.
