Starbucks — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Wanted to give 0 stars or negative stars for what I just experienced Christmas night at this location. Apparently your workers just decided to close shop and not say anything to the line of customers in the drive-thru. Online it said that the store was open until 10:30p but it was around 9p. I pulled up after the person in front of me to order and caught a glimpse of the order screen going black. I sat there to see if someone was going to take my order and to tell them the screen went out. I even gave a "Hello?" after a while but when I got no answer I pulled up to the window and saw at least 2 workers chatting less than 10 ft away from the window. One was a brown-skinned guy with glasses and curly hair that actually looked over at the window when I pulled up and the other was a tall, slender Black guy that at one point was a few feet away from the window reaching into a drawer or register but never even looked my way or acknowledged me. I had my window down at first but had to roll it up when they didn't come to the window right away because it was cold. They held conversation and giggles for about 5 mins or more before they disappeared. I waited for them to come back for a while. Cars steadily piling up behind me started to honk their horns because they thought I was just holding up the line. They did not see that there were people in there for at least 5 mins while I sat there. Eventually I pulled off and as I came around the building there was no one in the building at all and no cars parked around there so those 2 guys left without a word while at least 7-10 cars were sitting in the drive-thru. That's beyond rude and extremely bad business. I agree with another poster that said your workers do not want to work the jobs they have. Damn shame when folks are out here wishing they had a job right now but don't due to...

My wife comes to this location all the time on her way to work, she warned me before we came here together at this particular time that the lobby is always dirty and trash is full over the top, not being changed, along with the tables being dirty. I kind of thought she was exaggerating, but she actually said this is pretty consistent which is why I gave it 2 stars, the lobby was just as dirty as she explained, the trash cans were full of Over the Top, I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes, and it stayed that way till I left. And, they weren't even busy when I went in the lobby that is. Which is why I only gave it a two star, my drink was made well, but it was very uncomfortable sitting at a table that was dirty along with other tables with nobody sitting there that was all so dirty, since my wife goes here all the time due to convenience, the next time I go I will take pictures and post it so you're be aware that this location despite the name doesn't seem to be clean or like to keep their Lobby...

02.07.2022 - Just came from the drive thru where I met barrista: Ms. Kara. She is wonderful. She knows how to strike a conversation. Especially, me being a very very busy person, she asked me of how was my day, then I ranted to tell her a brief about my day. She is a good listener and responder. As a result, she helped reduce my stress and issues just by bantering with me a bit. I wish we have more of her. Very open amd soft-spoken. Will be a returning customer again. Just for that. Thank you. I really appreciate it. P.S. Her hair in on fleak!! And please train her really good. I think she could be a leader someday! Keep up the good work, Ms. Kara. 08.09.2022 - Once again!! Kara is the bomb!! She smiled and that changed everything. Made my ordering session very bright. More beautiful smiles like that, I'll be coming back again...
