Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Last night I came in person and ordered a 2 protein bowl with brown rice, light cabbage & light broccoli with no sauce at all on any of the food, on the side only, and a side of crab rangoon (6pc). I had to remind the order taker of no sauce on food, since he had not relayed that to those preparing the food. When I rec'd my order and took it home to relax and eat, I was disappointed that most of the vegetables were onions and a few pcs of zucchini with some very thinly shredded carrits, but moreso shocked at the condition of the crab rangoon, which was burnt, appeared twice fried, and the filling was coming out of the covering and looked like hell...many pcs dried up and missing the usually moist filling. No way should that have been served to a customer and the salmon was dry and had an oily seasoned coating, which I've never had in all the times I've ordered the same. I ûsually share the salmon insides with my dog and foster dog, but was unable to do so this time due to it being so thin and the lack of volume and with the oily seasoning on what remained of it. I would never have expected to be served the poor quality of crab rangoon, most of all, which I retrieved a couple of pieces from the garbage to show you. Overall, this was not the quality I expect, or have rec'd in the past on "most" occasions, from Teriyaki Madness...although the quality has seemed to vary from visit to visit, which shouldn't be the case. My chicken teriyaki was REALLY good! And my husband liked his spicy beef bowl ok, but I'm only giving them three stars because when he showed them an email with a special offer that said to redeem with online orders, the app, or with a walk in at the checkout counter, the girl said she couldn't honor it, and said it was walk-ins only. She didn't even ask anyone else, like a manager, to help in case we did the order wrong (maybe we needed to order drinks with it? Idk...) but a little help or explanation would've been nice instead of putting her hands up, then practically throwing the bag of food across the counter at him, then turning her back like she was done helping him. My husband told her that the email was the only reason that we were trying this place for the first time, and he had planned on tipping her well, but not with the treatment he received. He still doesn't know what he did wrong to not get the deal. Next time we'll go to a different one, like the one on N.Decatur St. I've met some employees from there when they were shopping where I work, and these young women were so sweet! And they personally invited me to come order food at their location. I really did love that chicken bowl, next time we'll drive farther to get...

I ordered a fairly simple order and had to have it remade 2 times before they got it correctly! Once I received the food it was less than satisfactory. The service was mediocre at best. It was more frustration then it was worth. Definitely will not be back to this location ever again. I work in the service industry and I indeunders mistakes happen but come on! Then after all the troibtr I wasn't offered any kind of compensation or apology for the lack of communication and focis among the workers. Overall this place for a lack of a better word sucks.. (UPDATE) I LOVE HOW I POSTED THIS REVIEW WHILE I WAS INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND WHAT I ASSUME TO BE THE MANAGER SEE'S IT AMD PROCEEDS TO TALK ABOUT ME TO AN EMPLOYEE RIGHT BEHIND MY BACK LIKE I CAN'T HEAR IT! AFTER KNOWING I WAS DISPLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE SHE SHOULD OF ASKED WHAT SHE COULD DO TO IMPROVE ON MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE RATHER THEN TALK DISRESPECTFULLY ABOUT ME AND MY REVIEW LIKE I WAS OUT OF LINE FOR BEING UPSER!
