I ordered online using the McDonald's App & picked it up thru drive-thru. I used one of the "online deals with $3 off".. i had my code, when I got to the window they asked me to pay. I spoke to the Asian guy whom I believed it's the store manager. He said my payment online of $13+ didn't go thru that i needed to pay again & that I should change my stored card s online, he sounded like my card wasn't good. I told him my card is good & has high limit so its impossible. To make the story short, I gave the Asian guy the same card I used to pay off my App order using the deals of $3 off. The payment went thru, of course. And,, instead of charging me $13+ cents total since my order was initially done from the App. The Asian guy didn't used the DEALS of $3 off but charged me $16.98. I initially ordered on the app & used the $3 off. Your app took my order & gave me the pick up code & asked me to proceed & pick up my order. With all the problem & enconvenience your app gave me that night.. I had to pay extra $3. Your app had problems, FIX IT!!!!

It was so bad we had to put the food back into the bag, I personally have never experienced anything like this with McDonaldâs however, this was for the most disastrous meal ever When I called they told us to come back up so that they can replace the sandwiches however they did not want to replace our fries and did not replace our fries because they said they donât fries. Fries were cold because we had to come back. And they told us that was something they just could not do. If things are getting tight like Supplies and inventory that is understandable however, you need to make sure that your employees are doing their jobs correctly and not giving out horrible food because you all are taking folks money.    Read moreI went through the drivethru today at 4:13 pm. Ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal, large, and a double cheeseburger with ketchup and cheese only. Order number 1339. I was asked to pull around to the front, where I proceeded to wait and have an employee bring out 3 different bags of food for the truck that parked after I did. I waited 20 minutes before I went inside to ask about my food; they hadn't even made it yet. A manager called out my order to have it made, and apparently, ketchup and cheese ONLY is VERY difficult to understand. My cheeseburger has onions and mustard on it. Now, normally I would just scrape the onions off and go about my day, but I waited 20 minutes for my order and they made it incorrectly after not making it at all.
