McDonald's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I have never gave a review but this McDonald’s is the worst i have ever gone to. Many times over and over again i deal with bad service; machines are broken during graveyard such as ice, cash only, never sell ice cream/mcflurry. My order is always missing again and again. always have to ask for napkins, ketchup, sauce for mcnuggets they hardly ever ask and when i do ask mist of them give me attitude. they do not take the time to mix cold fraps or mcflurrys. My drinks always taste like water down syrup which i find out as i drive off. Morning shift is somewhat better, lunch hour needs improvement but graveyard is the worst. When i order they always rush me on the screen which i dnt understand since its in the middle of the night not busy😤 like they are there to work N they are not leaving anytime soon to be rushing,.. i understand with lunch hour. My burgers take long to make which I understand since its quarter pound but graveyard has a habit if soaking my burger with grease to the point the the dam bag is dripping of grease i should hav taken a picture to show but didnt n then i hear them laughing which makes me feel like they knew what they served me and were laughing, that is not okay someone could have gotten sick and then a lawsuit while they laughing. Then they are pretending they are busy so they don’t go back to the window and have To answer me as to why its is soaked to the max no joke. I am waiting minutes to have them realize im still waiting for them..smh headquarters or someone of power needs to completely do a review and go undercover customer and see all the flaws this mdonalds has. Most ppl once i say craig and mlk mcdonalds is bad they all know exactly what im talking about which means so many ppl have the same Problems and there is no solution tht has dealt with these problems. I usally do NOT complian but someone plz look into this mcdonald. I avoid this mcdonald so i park my car and walk to the mcdonalds in the walmart center to avoid the other mcdonald however only graveyard i manage to go but same service.. this mcdonalds im sure This mcdonlds has major health code violations But management or the owner of this McDonald’s plz help this McDonald’s get back on top this is hurting so many business and is losing money and potiental lawsuit...

It seemed the line was very long. It took 13 minutes to get to the speaker, then when we got to the window waited there 2 minutes. The personel working the window was pleasant but it seemed as though everyone one was confused or in chaos. Looking inside everyone was running in all directions 2 people actually ran into each other. I had 2 orders one with nuggets, one with a fillet o fish. The nuggets were fine, but the fillet was made special (adding pickles). When the fillet order was delivered it didn't have tartar sauce, so I had to go to the door, to which an employee just looked at me because the doors were locked. She finally opened the door and got a manager, told her and it was supposedly replaced. My wife bit into the new sandwich and said it was stale and old. (like it had been under the heater for a long time). They didn't open the door this time so I called, they said they could no longer open the door, and that we had to go through the drive thru. Funny enough there was another line but this one went through very fast (within 2 minutes). Told them what was said on the phone, the same individual from the window understood and took the bag to remake the order. The order came hot and fresh and it had fries (yay), problem was the fillet was overcooked, hard and crispy like popeyes chicken all of the way through the fish. She pulled it apart like a cracker. The pickles both times were dry like they had been sitting out. By that point the wife was upset and didnt care...

WORST MCDONALDS EVER.! MY ORDER IS NEVER CORRECT, PLUS THEY CANT COUNT.! * DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION* I would come to this location simply out of convenience bc I live in the area but now I make it a point to drive out of my way to Ann & Simmons McDonald’s if I ever get a craving . I’ve had so many orders incorrect & the “manager” always has an excuse for their lazy, incompetent staff. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST AT THIS LOCATION.! Ordered Strawberry shake was given a small chocolate (drive through) Quarter Pounder w/o pickles due to allergy Was given an OLD,HARD quarter pounder WITH PICKLES (Dine In) Sweet Tea , was given an unsweetened tea w/ little ice (Drive Through) (My favorite & last time here) ordered a LG chicken nugget meal. The fry cup was filled up maybe half way (I use to work for a MCDonalds years ago so I do know there is a measurement for each size but I legit had barely any fries plus they were cold fries) and I seriously had NINE NUGGETS. Y’all can’t even count to ten 😭 Brought all of this to the managers attention & she was seriously not even concerned or cared or offered a corrected order, instead had a less than caring look on her face & I demanded a refund. She gave me a partial refund. I can’t even believe how terrible this location is. Idk how this location hasn’t even been...
