If I could give Zero stars i would. First off it stinks like sewage inside. Second of all the Mexican people that work here are so rude it's unbelievable. I went to this location for a hot meal after a long day of work and walked out upset. When I walked in the cashier ask me what I wanted to order with an attitude. I told him please give me a few minutes to look over the menu, he told me I need to hurry up because he needed to close the drawer down. I said no problem and took a step back. Then he walked to the back of the kitchen with an attitude I was so confused of why he was being so rude so then this young Mexican girl comes to the cashier I politely say hi may I get your managers name? She looks at me and say I don't know my managers name . I look at her and say, you don't know your manager name ? . She rudely says no. I then ask her what's her name . She rudely says I'm not giving it to you. She under her breath called me a bit*ch. i could not believe it. She then told me to leave the store. I told her I needed to speak to a manager right away. I then spoke to Ramon who said he was out of town but would handle it. Not sure what he meant but needless to say. I will not support another Roberto restaurant. They are racist and rude ! They are also unsanitary. Don't eat here ! Don't support...
Read moredrove all the way here to get my usual breakfast burrito around 7pm tonight (that i’ve done countless times) and was told as soon as I ordered they “weren’t doing breakfast”… which puzzled me since roberto’s is all day breakfast…. i literally asked if they were out of ingredients, and the cashier said “no, they (the cooks) don’t want to make breakfast”… so it seems to me they are refusing to make certain items out of laziness?? was not given an appropriate answer other than they don’t want to. obviously frustrated after driving there I left and called later and asked if i could speak to someone about it, and if they aren’t doing breakfast at night anymore and the individual on the phone says they do and isn’t sure why they said they weren’t serving breakfast and couldn’t give me an answer. How can you refuse to make something when you have all of the ingredients to make it and ensure the customer receives what they want to pay for? As a consumer it seems to me like they don’t want to clean the grill or prepare breakfast, and are losing business and money in return. Would like an explanation...
Read moreI’m a big Roberto’s fan and have eaten at many of them across the city. This is my first time eating at this location. I was helped by a young, short Mexican lady with thick rim glasses. I ordered what I always order at every other location: a number 25 with pineapple juice. The lady informed me that I can’t have juice only Pepsi products, that juice costs more. I tried arguing with her as I’ve eaten at countless Roberto’s locations but she was rude and stubborn in her ignorance. Upon further review of the menu juice does not cost more. They charge by the size of the container, not what’s in it. I’m just left with an over all bad feeling towards Roberto’s now and I can’t help but wonder why they would hire someone that is so slow and doesn’t even understand the menu of the restaurant she works at. I guess I’m going to start looking for another place to get my Mexican food or at least avoid...
