American Pie Pizza — Restaurant in North Little Rock

We ordered pickup online. Didn't get the water for my kids' meals. Didn't get my honey mustard dressing. Didn't get turkey added to my salad. Greeter/ whoever the person at the register was supposed to be, was absolutely dismissive. I was not in a rush, so I assumed he was worried about his table. Nope, this guy waddled away to do nothing. Tipping on a mobile order is pointless if I'm going to be ignored upon arrival, and thereafter. $60 for a restaurant I will never recommend, or return to, with my business. The woman who put my order together was absolutely pleasant. She should have received the entire tip, but I know that's not how restaurants work BECAUSE I RUN ONE. I would not even venture to a restaurant if my family wasn't sick and seeking comfort food, but I got this brilliant experience for my kids to just say how much the food was below expectation (when they love pizza).

Addendum: I received immediate response to my review, and the issue is resolved. It is not the fault of the business, but the fault of a few employees. It is hard to find the right people to care in the service industry at these times. Business owners and managers are facing these...

I took my children and fiance out tonight for school night. The service was second rate at best. The food was even worse. My youngest daughter got the kids cheese pizza. The crust is a piece of pita bread. Definitely not worth the $4.99 you pay for it. My oldest daughter had the adult spaghetti and meatballs. the size of this entree is no larger then the kids spaghetti and meatballs that you would get at Old Chicago. The sauce was basically spiced up diced tomatoes and the noodles were tough. We ordered their food first so we can decide. The waiter took for ever coming back to get our order. Once he got it it took over 30 minutes to get our pizza. Needless to say we had to take ours to go because the kids were done . When we got home 20 minutes later the crust was so hard I could not eat it and my fiance barely could. We tried to reheat it. That did not work either. The chicken on the pizza was so hard and rubbery that it was also in edible . We paid almost $20 for this pizza and it was pretty much a complete waste and failure. I will definitely not be...

Delicious food... but there needs to be a more gracious attitude about the little extras and portion sizes.. an order of chips and salsa comes with barely enough salsa to wet the tip of half the chips and an extra serving of salsa costs twice as much. They are proud of their salsa! It would have been cheaper if I had bought my own jar! They even charge for ranch on the side.. like a dipping sauce or salad dressing. These “little things” speak volumes not only to the customer but to the pocket book! Yikes! Just a little something to give some thought to especially when serving those in uniform who are all around your establishment by the thousands. You have many restaurants around you that give attention to these things.. even offering half off for meal to those in uniform... and they are packed every day with those in uniform. Your restaurant would be packed out as well with just a little...
