Waffle House — Restaurant in North Little Rock

Well where do I start I tried to call ahead to make it to order and no one would answer the phone. So I went to the location where there were four actual customers in the restaurant and it took at least 45 minutes before I was even greeted I was about to walk out the door then she asked me what I would like to drink. I was asking if there was a place I could plug my phone in so I could do some work while I was eating she moved me to a dirty table in which we cleaned it off and she took my order. It didn't take long for me to get the food but it was lukewarm when I got it and I never got my coke she went outside to smoke instead so I had to ask the gentleman for a soda halfway through my meal. The whole time I was there there was only one other gentleman in the restaurant who continue to talk crazy to me and neither one of the staff address them and ask him to be quiet I asked for my ticket she told me how much it was I got up and I left and left the money on the table. I was told to have a good evening when I left I think that was the most I was spoke to the whole time I was there. Being in this business for over 20 years and just recently getting off earlier this evening from waiting tables I'd have to say the service is pretty unsatisfactory to say the least maybe I was...

THIS IS THE WORST MOTHERF*ING WAFFLE HOUSE IN THE WORLD. Me and my family came here to eat but the whole place is dirty and I was literally fighting flies as I was sitting down. Me and my family decided to leave and go somewhere else. Shortly later we came back for a CALL-IN order for some eggs. No body new where my order was and the person who took our order didn’t say anything to her team. They told me that my order will take a couple mins to cook and to come back. I waited and came back as they said. When I came back two people was in front of me and they took care of them with ease. As soon as it was my turn it seem like some I was invisible or something. No one would take care of me and I was just standing there as the woman in front of me was ringing other orders in. The man that told me to come back looked me right and the eye and kept doing what he was doing. THIS WAFFLE HOUSE HAS NEVER REDEEMED ITSELF FROM THE LAST TIME I WAS HERE. YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE GOING TO MCDONALDS OR COOKING AT HOME. I WISH I COULD...

So we went inside hoping to eat... Well the waitress told us they are doing take out only so we ordered and where sitting waiting on our order then another waitress comes over and says can I'll move so I can give this person thier food.... Mind you the is a whole other side of the restaurant and the cash register wide open for her to do so we didn't argue and moved we got our food and before we could finish paying the waitress says show some love to the waitress and tip i only make 2 dollars an hour.. Usually we tip and we tip well but one I have no tip for you but the cook because we didn't dine in and the cook made our food 2 the the other waitress was super rude and three the only person who did any work at the time of service is the cook. She wasn't happy and told us we should tip her because she has bills. I explained to her that if we where able to dine in she would get our tip but the cook did the work and i would like to tip the cook. Anyway not a good experinace we wont be going back to...
