Panera Bread — Restaurant in North Little Rock

Just left there and have to say I am incredibly disappointed. I'll give them a 1 star because the soup is always good, but that's where it ended for me and I have always been a long time customer of Panera where ever I have lived. My complaint is that, yes, I may have ordered the wrong sandwich, or rather, the sandwich I thought it was but they had apparently changed the recipe on it and had no explanation on what came on it. I didn't think to ask because it was named the same thing it had been for years. That being said, I asked for no onion, and apparently the new recipe doesn't come with it on it, but no one thought to tell me what which would have alerted me to my mistake. Once I got the sandwich I was of course disappointed because it wasn't what I thought I had ordered, normally I would have eaten it anyways except this had some odd mixture of cut up olive on it and I can't stand the taste. So I asked the employee who delivered our food if I could switch it out, he was almost reluctant and basically argued with me when I mentioned it had olive which I didn't like, told me at first that it didn't have olive on it and then admitted that he didn't know what the mixture was. How do you not know what is on a sandwich you sell? He didn't seem new, was actually training the girl on the register when we ordered. Eventually he took it back and brought me the same sandwich as my boyfriend which I said would be fine, it was decent but definitely lacking on meat. What really upset me the most was they were talking at the sandwich prep station very loudly about me and the sandwich I ordered, laughing and making fun of me. It was disrespectful and rude. I am so disgusted with this location. I tried again to order steel cut oatmeal - supposedly it includes strawberries, brown sugar and pecans. Every single time it's not made correctly or something is missing. First it sits on the counter and no one brings it out..so I go pick it up. It's barely luke warm. No pecans or brown sugar! I go back to the counter - ask for brown sugar and pecans. I am informed that he put brown sugar on it and we are out of pecans! He says well I can go in the back and check and he comes out with a big box which he opens and hands me a very few broken pecans. And he sprinkles a little more sugar on - which I still cannot taste. So I said I need to go now so can you put it in a to go cup - he hands me one. Apparently I need to check to see who the cook is that day because it's always the same one. Now I know Panera can make a great steel cut oatmeal because I have had it in the Little Rock location on Kanis. It's always perfect - with lots of pecans and strawberries and the right amount of brown sugar. Unfortunately I live and work over here. But for the price of $4.50 - I won't be back for this again. I think management needs to get your people trained to do the right thing every time - not just when they feel like it. Definitely never want to find a Panera Bread in the country that does not cover all your needs or conveniences. I have always visited and consumed in this chain throughout the United States, I am a commercial driver and I have the blessed opportunity to visit all the places, whenever you came to any city I see my map and I look for Panera Bread today March 31 2019 I am in one of my favorite restaurants (first time here) in North Little Rock AR., but unfortunately the first bad experience in one of my restaurants favorites The one who looked after me did not know what time they closed in spite of a notice stuck on the front door, he never saw me face his computer, I asked him for a big coffee and an orange juice, they did not have orange juice of not believing this, two tables in poor condition ... I say if they are not good because they do not remove or repair them, some connectors do not have electrical power, the super slow wi-fi signal .. I do not even think ask anything to everything seen I prefer to leave early ... it is a pity the truth when I arrive at my favorite place and does not cover anything that I have always found in other cities. I WILL NEVER RETURN...
