My favorite is the philly cheese cheesesteak pizza. I'm obsessed with the fact that on the app, you can customize your pizza.However you want. You can pick the sauce how much you want of it. And any of the toppings and the crust, every single part of the pizza, you are allowed to customize. My food was ready before the time stated that it would be and pick up was very easy.Especially if you pay online ahead of time. If you take the time to sign up for their bonus. Rewards program, they will send you extra coupons in your email. And you get a lot of discounts if you are a frequent customer, it's worth it. However, you can only use one coupon. So the first time, I ordered my family pizza before I went out to work and it was $80 worth of pizza!! I had extra kids over. I got all the bills and whistles. Well 2 hours later, they said the pizza was delivered and I figured okay great at least my kids get to eat before they go to bed. Well, when I got home I found out that they did not eat. I found out in fact, the pizza said delivered and it was never delivered at all. And it took me 5 days to get my money back because nobody would answer the phone. My second experience was we ordered pizza at a little bit before 9:00 at about 9:45 they called and said I'm sorry, it's going to take a lot longer than what you expect, do you want to refund? When I replied no... She said, we're so understaffed and it's just me here, I'm going to have to cancel your order. This is 45 minutes after we placed our order. She said that they were closing at 10:00. The website said 12:00 midnight. When I got there, I was like, we depended on you for our dinner and now you expect me to run around at 10:00 at night to find fast food?? I work from home. I wanted to feed my kids quickly. I don't have time to make dinner that night and clean up. Anyway that's my business. No phone ever answered to place the order. By the way check it out. I was order 356. When it answered it went to a fax! Are you kidding me? When the order was finally place (on line) it stated order would be delivered in up to 26 minutes, so I followed the tracker. When the link showed the order was out for delivery, it said my delivery would be at my hotel room at 9:02. Then I sat down looking at the link showed a delivery car twice at the store and all over the area delivering. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I finally got a knock at my door. Ask as for the delay the man said I left 30 minutes ago. I said, I was supposed to be here for 9:02pm. The man said you were the last to order. and I left for delivery at 9:05pm. But it was close to 10pm now. They cannot even get their story straight. The man was rude and had a bad attitude. He did not even offer an apology.
