On November the 16th 2014 I entered your establishment at 8:43pm. I was asked by the blonde haired young lady behind the counter what I would like. I started saying I would like a Large Iced Latte' and she stopped me in my tracks. She told me that the machine to make latte's had been turned off for the day. Really??? So sorry that you cleaned your machine early and did not want to make a drink or drinks that would make you have to re clean your machine. You could tell they were ready to go..everything had already been mopped and cleaned up. I said okay then and I turned and left the building. If I were the owner of this establishment, I would have been extremely angry at this young woman for being so lazy that she did not want to clean the machine again. You lost a large order. 1 Large iced Latte', 2 XL iced Latte's and a XL coffee. After I left that location I was very angry of course, so on my way home I stopped on International Drive at Lowe's foods to grab some quick things, then remembered that the Dunkin Donuts on 501 was open until around 10pm. I got back onto 31 went to the Dunkin on 501 and ordered all these drinks 10 mins before they closed with a smile on their face and a very pleasurable experience. If I were in your position, the owner of the Dunkin Donuts near main street, off hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach, I would be looking for some employees who would make you money, not refuse to make a drink so they don't have to restart cleaning things that shouldn't have not been cleaned until closing anyway. Read moreI was the second car in the drive in so thought it would not be a long wait time. I waited behind the car in front of me about 10 to 15 minutes and then it was my turn. I got my drink fairly quickly food not very quick at all. I waited a good while before a young lady asked me what I was waiting for told her my food she was polite said it would be a few minutes. Keep in mind never asked me to pull up several cars behind me. Several minutes went by asked how much longer been out here for awhile. The lady proceeded to tell me a group of kids just came in which I saw a long time after I ordered so that should have no bearing on my order because I was there long before they were which I pointed out. Another 10 minutes with no one coming over to me and as a worker walked by asked how much longer she asked what I ordered and I told her and honestly as this time if I had not already paid I would have left. I said ma'am this is ridiculous there was a smart comment from another worker and I said I am truly not trying to be rude but it should not take this long and I saw atleast 4 workers from the drive in. She again apologized a worker by the grill made a comment here give her her food in a nasty attitude. I asked if she was the manager the pleasant worker said no she was not, I said thank goodness because her nasty attitude is terrible. Read moreThe young lady working the drive thru was not very friendly or professional. I asked for my coffee and then she said, "is that it?" I said no. And ordered another thing and she asked if that was it again. Almost rushing me. But all I ordered was coffee and a donut. She said my total but I could hardly understand her. When I got to the window I looked for her name but she had a zip up hoodie on over it. She didnt say hello or good morning or anything. She didnt even tell me my total or ask for my card. Just held her hand out and looked back into the store. She handed me my donut. Then stared at me while I sat there waiting for my coffee. She asked me, "what are you waiting for?" I said my drink. And she turned around and stood there til it showed up 3 minutes later. Didn't go see how it was coming along. Didn't ask if it was getting made. Didn't even remember that I had ordered a coffee and I was the only one in line at the time. She did tell me to have a nice day. And my drink and food were correct so thats why I gave 2 stars. But it just stinks when you go to a place, even a fast food place, and there's no customer service. Not even a smile. And I could hear the floor manager fussing at her employees from my car.
