Just ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in NMB to be delivered. The manager (lady) called to tell us they did not have what we ordered from the online app. She was nice at first, trying to get us exactly what we wanted for around the same price. We were going to just cancel the order but she insisted to make it work. She said she could get us what we wanted for around the same price so we ended up agreeing. Everything was great, and I even told my bf that the lady was nice who helped us. She didn’t want us to cancel our order, she wanted to accommodate us. However, now I am writing a completely different review then I wanted to. The cost was $32 and some change, so we give the driver $38. We go inside, eat the pizza. We get a call from Pizza Hut, 10 minutes later. It was the same lady claiming we only gave her driver $8. When we know for a fact, we gave the correct amount. I order from this Pizza Hut alll the time. NEVER had this issue. While on the phone, we go outside just to be sure the money didn’t drop somewhere. No money on the ground. The lady continues to insist we ripped her driver off and gave him ONLY $8. Then hangs up on us when I start getting mad because she is accusing us of basically stealing. We tried calling back several times to get to the bottom of the situation and they kept hanging up. Probably just a misunderstanding, but I’ll never order from them again. The money is probably in the drivers pocket or he dropped it during his travels. If we wanted to steal from Pizza Hut, why the f* did I want to cancel the order in the first place when they didn’t have what we ordered? Why would we answer the call after we got the food? We drove for 15 minutes to finally experience the new dine-in service at Pizza Hut, reminiscent of the good old days. However, it is with regret that I must inform you that our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by a staff member who inquired whether we were picking up an order or dining in. We expressed our desire to dine in, and we were directed to the counter to place our order. This was unexpected, as we had anticipated being seated at a table and provided with menus, drinks, and the necessary utensils and napkins, as is customary in a dine-in restaurant. Upon approaching the counter, we were advised to refer to the double-sided "takeout menu" for available options. However, due to the significant price difference between dine-in and takeout options, we opted to place our order through the app. At present, we are at home consuming our pizza, and regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the pizzas' quality. We purchased a stuffed crust pepperoni, a stuffed crust cheese, and cheesy sticks. Both pizzas fell significantly below the expected standard and did not resemble the typical Pizza Hut pizza. Read moreWe ordered takeout and didnt receive all over our food. We called to let them know we didnt receive all of our food and the manager Jonathan was so unprofessional. He preceded to argue with my daughter in law telling her that all the food was there and clearly it wasn't. He asked that we bring all our food back like we was lying. Now those that had there food was already eating. We packed everything back up bones and all and took them back after he hung up on my dayghter in law. Now mind you a ordered almost 90 dollars worth of food. I order fries for my grandkids to go with there wings and i promise you it was only like 10 fries in the whole plate. We get to pizza hut and the manager still is unprofessional and argumentative and still acting like we are lying still not wanting to give us our food. So another employee don't know if he was manager or not but he handled everything for us and made sure we got our food and offer us drinks. He was very professional and nice.
