This is by far the worst experience I have ever experienced at any restaurant in my entire life. They messed up my order typical McDonald’s and I called and whoever I spoke with didn’t not tell me that I needed to bring a receipt they just told me that I needed to present my name and what I need replaced. Then when I go to the drive-through three or four days later not only does it say online that they open up at five I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive-through menu for them to open up at six. So the white girl that took my order gladly said she would except my name and the replacement. Then the manager came to the Window and literally pushed the white girl out of the way and said no this cracker ain’t getting no free food. I was a nice as I could be and told her that whoever I talk to only told me to present my name. So it is not like I can’t afford to pay for another one it is the fact that she was discriminate and very rude for a manager. So I told her that I would contact customer service Because she was not willing to let me talk to her store manager so with that being said she right off the bat said that she was calling the cops. So I let her know that I have done nothing wrong and was not leaving until I had found out that customer service did not open until seven so I left contacted the corporation the corporation got the store manager to call me and apologize and tell me that he would replace the bagel so I said that I would like an apology then he calls me back and tells me that she will not give me an apology. So that right there shows you that she has a problem with her job in customer service and is discriminate towards white people. So I told him I would just take the bagel. So this morning I took my rental scooter after my run. So I did not have my phone on me. And I went to receive the bagel that I was promised for the second time. Then the same lady said you ain’t getting no free bagel without a receipt. So I said nothing went back to the hotel and called David the same guy that I talk to the other times. This time I informed him that I was recording him for my legal purposes. And in the audio that I had recorded David that had already said that she shouldn’t never threaten to call the cops on me set If there was no physical threat but now had told me that she had every right to call the cops on me because I look like a drug attic. So from a woman that clearly could not handle customer service cab now analyze people and tell it they are drug attic’s are not in the two minute encounter that we had. Also went to say that I was wasting his time that we had nothing else to talk about that his manager did nothing wrong and was clear to say multiple times that I was wasting his time but yet I had to drive all the way back to the hotel to get my phone to call him but yet I was wasting his time and told me that I needed to wait for more hours to eat my breakfast To wait on him. Long story short if I were you I would never go to the store I would never eat their food I would not give a single penny to the store that condones to calling people drug attic‘s racism discriminate. Just by the Way I was treated what makes you think that they won’t treat you the same way that they treated me. I do not take this lightly now all I wanted was my order fixed like I was promised the first time. Instead they decide to blow all of this out of proportion. And now I am making it my goal that I am contacting the labor board that I am contacting corporation for the second time and also I am contacting A attorney To sue this location for discriminate harassment and all around service that I...
Read moreI've probably visited this McDonalds location over 20 times out of necessity (very few late night restaurants open) and this location is really quite awful. Speaking strictly late night/early morning, it's a constant gamble to visit this McDonalds and expect a certain quality of service. There have been nights where I take the trip and to find that they don't accept credit cards, ran out of food, or have a seemingly endless line due to perpetually slow service. Also, despite only having a certain menu available for 'late night' customers, many items are consistently unavailable. It's almost impossible to get a milk shake at this location late night, I've been denied EVERY time. Frappe's are also available only 50% of the time, and the staff insists they're cleaning the machine. I was so irritated, I decided to take a second trip two hours later and found that it was STILL being "cleaned".
The drive through staff is relatively courteous. Only on a few occasions have I had to wait an excessive amount of time (2+ minutes) for my order to be taken. I'd also like to note that I can tell if they're just trying to freeball the order by not being near the register to put it into the system. This is how 90% of the errors are taken. I know it almost immediately when I don't hear a total at the end of giving my order that it's probably going to be wrong.
Food quality is subpar. I've had to resort to buying less purchased items to avoid old and discusting food. If I buy chicken select strips late night and they have it ready by the time I get to the second window (1 minute) then I know that they will be old and dry strips. I've been so dissatisfied at one point that I waited in a 15+ minute long line AGAIN just to get the fresh food I was looking for and paid dearly for.

Read moreThe employee's I dealt with could care less about doing a good job. One morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. The lady taking my order and repeated my order: 1 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin. I said no, I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. She harshly said "well you ordered and mcmuffin. I told her I did not but I do want a sausage and egg biscuit. When I got home I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I hate cheese on my biscuit... fail. Weeks later I had an app order of a chicken nugget meal super sized. When I got the order I took it home only to find that they forgot the fries...on an app oder...unbelievable. Later I went there with another app order. While I was picking it up I told the cashier about them missing my fries on an earlier order, she told I would have to tell them at the next window. At the next window I picked up my order and told them about the missing fries, her reply was that I should have called... no making the order right over some fries.
