It was HOT, and extremely busy. The inside was closed and only had drive thru. We waited 30 min in drive thru, finally got up to menu, and across the speaker we heard, "welcome to McDonald's". My husband started giving them our order for a family of 5. When he finished we heard, "go ahead with your order." We told them they didn't get any of what we just said, and they said, "no! We hadn't asked for your order", in a rude short voice. So we irritatedly went over order again. And of course ice cream machine was down, no slushies, but could make milkshakes. Anyway lady was really rude. Waited another 15 min in drive thru and we got to window to get food and they didn't have my daughters hamburger in bag. So we told them. They said let me see your receipt. And it wasn't rang up! So we said can we just pay for it now, we did tell them that, I am sure! Lady said no, you going to have to get back in drive thru Line which was all the way backed up. I told them no we were not. She went and got manager. Manager said here. And handed it to us. We payed and left. After we got down the road, the hamburger had every thing on it and we wanted it plain. And had clearly stated that not once, not twice , but 3 TIMEs!!! Last time I'm going...

But when someone is waiting 10 mins at a silent drive through with people getting upset behind them after they just watched people in the other line get their order, there’s just not an excuse for it.on top of that when ever I didn’t hear what to girl said I asked her to repeat herself and she gave me a attitude. When I pulled around the guy at the front didn’t say hi hello nothing, which I don’t expect from your company for the most part anyways, but when I asked for buffalo sauce again he looked at me and I quote said “Shit” and just went to go grab it. I’ve had bad service from McDonalds countless times before and quite frankly this was the worst experience so far. The over all problem that I saw tonight was the lack of manners, professionalism and competence. Maybe if these were qualities you instilled into your workers and payed a decent wage you could compete with Chick Fila. I would’ve given it a 0 on all accounts if I could.

Read moreI received a horribly Burnt Biscuit on my way to work, as soon as I got a chance which was in the next 5 minutes I went back to McDonalds to have my biscuit change out for a light biscuit. I explain to them what the problem was and the fact that is I'm paying money to receive and item that I want to eat all of I didn't want to choke on dry biscuit. They acted as if they understood the problem. Unfortunately not because they gave me another Burnt Biscuit in place of the prior Burnt Biscuit that I receive. I told another worker and all she did was put her flour coated hands on my biscuit flipping it around saying go back through the drive-thru again. I had explained to her that I just came from the drive-through and this is the replacement biscuits that they gave me for the second time. If I'm supposed to be at work I don't have time to keep going through the drive-thru for them to replace a biscuit that I already complained about. Get it right the first time.
