I spend around $34- $42.00 a day on Starbucks…. I go 2 different times and my order has to contain no sugar along with the other people in my households that I pay for, their drinks that I get as well…. We all get the SAME drink. I was told by a middle aged man, at this store, after getting this drink for over a year now…. That he would no longer make it for us, that they are no longer making specialty coffees.. I told him that we couldn’t have sugar and he said, it doesn’t matter the company doesn’t care anymore.
I told him I knew this wasn’t true due to the fact they offer multiple milk options and sugar free options for people.
My order isn’t that difficult it is a cold brew coffee, with heavy cream and cinnamon blended to make a foam on top. That’s it…. I get this EVERYDAY back home in NC…. At multiple different Starbucks depending on my work schedule for the day. I know this isn't true!
This needs to be handled by the owner…. If not your going to loose a lot of business, if specialty drinks are no longer going to be made by your employers!
I have been here a week and come down here to stay in my vacation home multiple times a year. I can prove my receipts and show through my app how much I spend and that I come everyday!!
Please help before I go back tomorrow and they refuse to make my drink, I will have to take my $47 to...
Read moreStore closed at 6pm and I pulled in and had already parked my car, walking to the door at 5:51pm. The “ASM” ran to the door to lock it as she saw me walking towards it and opened the door to say we’re closed. I asked if they closed at 6pm and she said my inside is closed and that’s the last car we’re letting through the drive thru. I told her I didn’t need to use any machines if they had already cleaned them, I really just needed to get a gift card really quickly. Instead of responding, she shut the door and locked it, then laughed at me and pretended like she didn’t even see me while mopping the floor and dancing with the pole. She then had someone run out to put a sign behind the car in the drive thru so that no one else could enter when there were still 9 minutes left until they closed. Honestly, it’s sad. Extremely poor customer service but also how miserable she must be as a person to laugh at someone and mock them on Christmas Eve who is just trying to get a gift card when, again, the store was still open. . I hope matters are taken so that the next customer who is trying to purchase something from a business that survives on sales won’t be mocked and laughed at and will be able to come in during posted...
Read moreA typical Starbucks. I appreciated the woman at the window was wearing a mask - covid is not over! Begining to look a little tatty compared to when it opened: signage shows wear (former taped promos?), landscaping stones have accumulated debris, wood fascia (which originally look impressively nice imo) is looking weathered in a not so nice way. Not important to the coffee, but part of the branding. No signs indicating in/out drive cuts? Again, nice they wore masks. ADDENDUM: this morning they had landscapers out, and it looked like someone picking up between the stones? Guy in the picture appeared to be pointing along the building perimeter to the guy with the picker; if that's the case it's curiously serendipitous, or to be applauded for promptness. (The stones really need removing, then replaced for a crisper look). The sign indicating one way at the drive through entrance needs to face the drive cut into the shopping center (and the reverse from the shopping center parking lot). Seeing it as you've already turned into the Starbucks drive cut is too late, it needs to be visible as you approach. ... downside: the woman at the window today wasn't...
