Sweet Molly's Creamery — Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach

My wife and I had pretty complicated orders, and they were able to take our order correctly without us having to repeat ourselves and they didn't make any mistakes. This seemed to be true for the other customers around us as well.

Not super friendly, but polite, at least by typical ice cream store standards.

Not super fast either, but somewhat understandable considering the mixin-oriented nature of the store. It's not like they were just lounging around being lazy. They were all churning away taking orders and making food. Even the cashier, when idle, would go over and wash her hands and help out with order fulfillment whenever a backlog started to accumulate on the fulfillment side.

Overall pretty good. Only deducting a single star because (1) I've seen other stores with similar order complexity that have more streamlined processes and can process orders much more quickly, e.g. The Yard, in Ashburn, VA and (2) I've seen other ice cream stores with...

Ice cream was great. Service was absolutely terrible!!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. The girl with the purple hair was absolutely terrible with customers. ESPECIALLY my son! and should be severely reprimanded. The way she spoke and acted toward my 11 year old son who has good manners was pathetic. Someone should have a conversation with her about simple kindness. Or even just how to not be a completely rude a-hole to customers. People like that should NEVER work with the public. The ice cream was good, sure, but our experience was ruined by a very upsetting interaction we observed with the manager around closing time tonight (Thursday, 4/17). A woman who ordered a cone asked for a spoon and it was denied her. She spoke very little English so didn't understand the explanation that it apparently didn't come with her order (it's a plastic spoon - wtf?) The manager screamed for her and her family to get out of his shop. I was horrified. All she did was ask for a spoon. Furthermore, a man came in directly after who was with the woman; he calmly tried to understand what had happened and smooth it over and he was also screamed at to get out of the shop.
