Let me start by saying I went to the counter and place my order and waited over 25 minutes for my number to be called, waiting patiently I seen new customers come in and order their food and shortly after that walked out,I asked the girl at the register where my order was and she asked the manager that was cooking the food and making the sandwiches, I I was told by the manager that she did not receive my order ticket from the girl in the front and I had to wait until she got to it, keep in mind she is the manager and I explained to her nicely that I already waited 25 minutes, as a manager she has no communication skills she didn't even apologize she didn't even care that I already waited 25 minutes, after about another 12 minutes I finally received my food, I take it to the car and start eating, as I continue to eat my chicken sandwich it was very overcooked and very rubbery, also my fries were cold and soggy, I proceeded back into the restaurant and I explained to the manager named Jasmine and I explained to her, about the poor quality sandwich that I had received and I wanted a refund, and her answer was I'm sorry sir you already started eating the food I can't return it, I explained to her about the poor quality food that I received, she told me that she will not exchange it or refund me my money because I ate half the sandwich, as a manager you are supposed to make things right. she does not have good communication skills nor she does not know how to talk to her employees , as a manager she could have simply said I'm sorry for the inconvenience sir I will give you another sandwich and I'm sorry about this,but no she refused to refund me or exchange the sandwich and that's poor management skills I will follow up with Zaxby's corporate headquarters about this manager named Jasmine she is a poor leader I will never return back to this...
Read moreA few friends and I stopped by Zaxby's today before leaving the beach to grab some food. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience and wouldn't choose to return. Firstly, the woman taking our orders, Jessica O, was incredibly rude to each of us. She rolled her head when a man requested his food to go and made a sarcastic remark about "everything being takeout food." After dealing with Jessica, we waited about 25 minutes for our food. When we inquired about our order, we were informed they were short-staffed with a fryer down, causing delays for everyone. Even though we saw others who arrived after us getting served, we patiently waited. Eventually, we went back to the register to ask about our order, only to be told our ticket had been discarded due to a “kitchen incident”. I genuinely believe that some of the kitchen staff were under the influence of something. We were given the option of waiting longer for our food or receiving a refund. Read moreI like zaxbys..flavor of the food is real good. However, lately I have noticed that the chicken strips are half the size they use to be. Sometimes the strips taste like they are precooked and then rewarmed back up when they are sold. Some people do know the difference. Also, they charge one of the highest prices for chicken wings I have ever seen ...and they are the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen. Pieces smaller then my thumb. They look like they buy the economy wings from their supplier and then charge A very high price to their customers. I am sad to see them go down this path. Not sure who's idea this was.
