Very bad experience will definitely never return to this location , for starters today 11-26-17 my girlfriend an i came to eat here food was, but our waiter name Kim who’s also the bartender so you would expect to be a very excellent if not good server was horrible, second time we’ve had her and the first time we had her was bad but today was the worst followed by the manager name lorie. Let’s begin with our first time having Ms.kim she barley took care of us to meet our needs such as refills we had to ask passing servers for them as well as she had an awful attitude , we left it as is and still gave her a 20% tip , this time our second time having her unfortunately nothing changed as soon as we sat down and as we looked an seen the waiter who sat us approached her an told her she was serving us she huffed and puffed, didn’t end there she approached us with no smile did not feel friendly at all as she asked for our drinks, after that our food was brought from a different server in which he picked up the extra plates we did not need as well as refilled our empty drinks, as our server Kim was very happily having a side conversation with a costumer up at the bar leaning over talking, after so we finished our dinner and as she approached us and set the recipe already on our table i asked her about the promotion going on for which a server forgets to mention a gift card she then began to say she wasn’t finished and said she was getting ready to ask us if we were interested in purchasing any deserts or gifts cards in which me and my girlfriend found interesting tho she had already brought the checks and placed them on our table as is but she claimed to she was getting to it. No begie we left it as that am did not say anything back but a no thank you to her offer. But i did ask for a to go box tho i barley touched mine because i hadn’t had too much of an appetite she handed us the to go box and cashed us out.i will admit i did not tip her this time due to her unpleasant behavior for the second time we’ve had her. It got worst as my girlfriend an i left an we’re on our way home we notice we forgot the to go box with nearly all my food mixed with the remaining of my girlfriends food which was more then a single dinner as we went back in hope our food was still there or at least put to the side due to we had just pulled off when we noticed as we walked in right away Kim and the manager lorie as well as every other server seemed to have scattered to the kitchen, after a good 5 minuets the manager lori approached us as my girlfriend began to explain i left my food and simply asked if it was put to the side the manager off the bat began to say they do not have to put anything left on the table aside in case of a costumer reteurning for what ever it may had been left behind she said everything was as thrown away that was left on the table. Mrs.lorie said there was nothing she could do. My girlfriend was in disbelief of the mangers form of talking to her as well as how blunt she spoke to her ,my girlfriend began to advice her personal experience in have worked in restaurants for 5 years as she herself from her years of experience knew to not throw away left over left on the table regarding even the portion of it away unless 10 min have passed with no phone calls or returning of the costumer. The manager rudley said back she didn’t knoe wht restaurants she’s worked at previously but her restaurant dose not require them to have to do so. My girlfriend asked for the corporate number as well as for her name which was said to be Lori after 10 min of lori going to the back to get the number it was given to us and we left. With that being said worst experience ever had in any restaurants I’ve personally ever dined at. Read moreI come in after work with 2 other coworkers on sunday’s. We don’t scream and we aren’t rowdy. We are kind and we tip always. A woman named Jordan should get a raise she’s the only one that treats us like humans. She is so nice and makes the service enjoyable. The other servers when the woman Jordan isn’t there don’t seem to care for us. The other servers see us come in on sunday and they don’t greet us. They fake like they are doing other things and we feel the obvious signs of racism honestly. They will literally be sleeping in the corner or wiping off the fake dust on the table. We sit there for 20–30 minutes at the door each time even if it’s empty. My friend always asks if we can get seated and they always have an excuse. So when we are finally seated they speak like we are an issue. My asian friend apologized for the waiters even though he’s not the issue. Now I don’t play the race card or religion card but I have to. A Black man came in and had to seat himself and flag down a waitress. A white group came in and was seated within minutes. My coworkers are Black, Asian, and muslim. They literally just look at us like we are invisible. We flag down people just to eat. We did not tip him the very last time because he didn’t give us water until half way through. He sent other people to deal with us.Then he didn’t give us any forks, knives, spoons, nothing. He gave us our food then left and we all looked at each other and said he did it on purpose. As we were leaving he watched us leave, it was so disgusting. We already have to deal with racist and prejudice people everyday, but just to sit down and eat after a long day. If you sit with us and eat you would feel what we feel. He seemed like a manager but he’s worse than the other people there. If you are serving people of different races and religions don’t show your bigotry or hatred....
Read moreThursday my friend and I decided to grab some applebees for dinner. It took 12 mins before the server greeted us and took our drink order. During those mins we witnessed a server delivering food to a table below us. The food was delivered to the wrong table. This incidentally was our server. My friend ordered tomato basil soup and mozzarella sticks. I ordered boneless wings and the new waffle fries with pub Cheese and bacon. My friends soup was delivered cold. My boneless wings were fresh and hot however the waffle fries were Luke warm at best. I asked the server if they could sit reheat the fries for abput 20-30 seconds. He said yes and disappeared for about 10 mins. By this time I was fuming and had lost my appetite for the appetizer. Once he returned he said the cook remade them. The courteous thing to have done would be to double check with the customer if that was OK. Or to at least come back to the table to let them know. I told him I no longer wanted the fries. He said they would take them off the bill. We decided to get the brownie bites as dessert. Which is a small slice of warmed brownie and a scoop of ice cream. The brownies were not heated. The experience was long and drawn out. The manager did come out and speak to us and apologized for the experience. They had already removed the fries and he also removed the brownie bite charges. He did give each of us a 10 comp card for a future visit. I can't say that I will frequent this location again as the experience is not what should be expected from a visit. I did give 2 stars because the boneless wings...
