Arby's — Restaurant in North Olmsted

Wow talk about excellent customer service! I came in to dine in and try their new Bourban steak sandwich. Unfortunately I only had 4 one hundred dollar bills in my wallet because I had a good day at the casino! When I tried to pay with one they didn't have enough change and just gave me the meal for FREE! I recommend this place for sure!

SECOND REVIEW!!

Ok so I'm back and this time I actually had smaller bills in my wallet. Not paying any attention, I ordered the #6 which is medium roast beef sandwich. I thought it was the mid beef and cheddar. When I got my sandwich I notice NO CHEESE. I look at menu again and realize I ordered the wrong sandwich. So this was clearly MY FAULT. I speak to the man who appeared to be the manager. Same man who helped me last time. I told him about my mistake and asked for the beef n cheddar. I also said I would pay for the difference. Not only did he not make me pay for the difference like they would do at McDonald's etc, but he also let me keep my old sandwich, instead of just throwing it away. Our experience last night was horrible. The blonde woman taking our order was barely listening and extremely rude to us. I had to repeat our order twice and then she got an attitude. We waited so long for our food after that. There was only one other person in front of us and we only ordered two sandwiches and two sliders. The wait was so bad that the person in line in front of us left without getting their food. I wish we had done the same. After waiting for over ten minutes while the employees chatted and goofed around, they finally gave us our food. When we got home we were horrified. I have never received such poor quality food from a fast food establishment in my life. I swear on everything that they purposely squished our sandwiches because they were so messy and flat. There was also nothing else that way heavy in our bag so how did they get so roughed up? They were inedible because of how badly they were squished and how poorly they were thrown together. I paid $20 for the most disgusting meal I have ever eaten. We aren’t coming...

I work nearby at night in this area and usually want to bring home some food on my way back. Lots of options in this area, but I seem to continually choose Arby's for a few reasons. One being the ever-changing deals and specials available especially with the high cost of everything lately. Secondly, an evening employee who is always so kind, welcoming and pleasant. I have visited this location 5X in the past few weeks and Nikki is always so accommodating and makes you feel as though you have known them for years. I would imagine working in fast food and a hot environment could be challenging, but they definitely don't show it. I really just wanted to give a "shout-out" for such great repeat experiences due to their sweet and friendly demeanor. Kindness Matters! Thank you, I'm sure I'll be stopping...
