I've been to this location many times both to buy but usually to sell. Usually the offers are decent and you haggle up to a better offer. Tonight I brought in some stuff to try to help pay for a home repair. On the low end there was roughly $430, but realistically closer to $480. After making me wait an hour they offered me less than 15% of my total value. $60 trade like $53 cash. That's worse than GameStop. So I politely asked what my amount of my total was from the two high value items. The guy tells me he doesn't know.. I've never had that response to that question at any exchange. So I try to not show my frustration but I know some of it leaked through. Another employee snuck in and told him it was about 25% of my total. So opt to keep those items. He removes them and my total drops in half. I ask what happened because they said they were only 25% of my total. He tells me they were a majority of my total and that they drastically undervalued them (by half) because prints don't sell well for them. Meanwhile a half hour before I went in I called to make sure they take prints and the girl enthusiastically said yes depending on what they were and that she actually collects them.. so that response tells someone they either will take them or they won't depending on if they are something that will sell. Not oh we will take them but we will offer you next to nothing for them. Again they previously had been decent but this experience ruined this location for me. If I ever go to an exchange I'll drive the 20-30 mins to a different one and if I need to sell something I'll just find a pawn shop...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHands down worst experience ever! We as a family spend a pretty penny at this location and the one time, the one and only time I needed assistance and returned an item it was a bust. Long story short the day prior I saw a wireless controller for a PS2 and when I purchased I was skeptical because it just seemed cheap. No worries this store has a return policy I thought. When at the register purchasing the lovely lady assisting me explained how their process of the exchange card worked because I never asked, made sure my info was correct, and explained that it's OK even if the receipt gets lost we have you in our system through email. I quote "just give them your email". I come back one day later, because I was right, it did not work. And sure enough did not have the receipt and yup you guessed said there was not one thing they could do for me and just looked at me. All the money and time spent in here and the first time I needed an exchange they could not hold up to their name. I still produced a picture from my fiancĆ© of the receipt that she dug out of the trash and messaged me and they still said they needed the physical receipt. This below is the picture I showed them and still came up with some ridiculous talk about some process š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£. It's the end of the day and of course closes at 7 and I live a half an hour away. This customer will never come back to this...

The Exchange purchases certain used items of high value, including video game consoles and collector vinyls. At the time I arrived in the store, they were too busy to evaluate my items at the moment so they suggested I leave my items with them. This is fine, but they gave me nothing to prove that I had given them these high value items to hold on to. No ticket, no receipt. I requested something to indicate they were holding these items for me and had not yet paid me for them. I was informed they didnt have anything to give me. I suggested this would be a useful policy to implement as I was uncomfortable leaving my valuables with a company and just trusting they would pay me for them eventually. The staff member informed me she couldn't do anything about it. If I were her, I would have thanked the customer for the input and suggested the policy change to my boss, but I don't work there. Hence this customer review. This might sound nitpicky, but if they decided to just keep my items without paying me, I would have no documentation that I brought the items in. I need the cash, so I still left the items, but in future I would be more comfortable doing so if I could have a receipt for the items I've...
