Sitoo's is a Lebanese restaurant located in North Olmsted, on Lorain Rd. It looks small on the outside but it is long and narrow on the inside, able to seat approx 60 people or so. The decor is nice and interesting, with several wall art and lighting reminiscent of the Middle East; and the music too! Very casual place. Take out or dine in. If dining in, you order at the counter (2 menues are propped up and ready for browsing---nice!) And sit anywhere; they will take the food to you. So you don't need to wait to be seated---it was confusing for me at first but it didnt take much time to figure out.

I was jonesing for something different so I ordered their spicy kafta pita. Lean grilled ground beef, onions, parsley, spices, tomatoes, pickles, tahini lemon dressing and Sitoo's hot sauce, in a pita bread. I was expecting more veggies (lettuce or something else?) to give it a little more 'filled' pita sandwich rather than flat, which was disappointing. BUT The smell and taste is amazing though! Had me a walnut Baklava for desset and that was as flaky and sweet as heaven. Price was good for the sandwich. 1 star deduction due to flatness of the pita sandwich---could have had more veggies. ...

Experienced a true professional today and felt I needed to say something. While sitting and waiting for my order, 2 young women came in and asked for the manager. They walked up to counter and one of them started berating the manager (loudly) saying that how he “treated” her over the phone was incredibly rude. From what I gather, she and her friends wanted to place a phone order for 8 people and she wanted to have each person give their order individually. This manager is very quiet, calm and so nice and I am certain at most he probably said he couldn’t do a phone order like that since they were in their dinner rush. When I got there there were 4 customers waiting for others and several that came in for pickup. I am posting this because the manager behaved so well, he apologized and said he would be glad to help them now and she proceeded to place the complicated order with special requests, etc.

We are dealing with a pandemic and these folks making us our food are putting themselves out there and do not deserve to be treated the way. She was so awful and rude I don’t know how he kept his composure but he did.

Our food, as always, was awesome and we will be...

Absolutely amazing food. Awesome people. Great atmosphere. Very clean. Smells awesome everytime you walk in because of the great food. I absolutely love the business lunch special that they have! It's super affordable and it comes with such a wide variety of different foods that I could literally eat it everyday and would be spending almost as much going to somewhere like McDonalds, Wendy's, or even Arby's. I recommend at least trying it once and I can say that after I ate there once, I've been a customer ever since. All the spices are just perfectly melded into the food and everything tastes so good. The french fries that they have come with spices on top and they just come out so well. Once you start coming up there regularly, you might as well be treated like family. They know me by name and it’s an awesome feeling because you come in and there are smiles absolutely everywhere. Great people to hold a conversation with while they get everything ready! All of the food is wonderfully priced and can definitely be a great place to bring someone and get a bite to eat! I can't say enough about this place. Highly recommended by a...

Editing to share second experience here. This time the food was still amazing, however customer service wasn't as great of an experience as last time. This time I brought a friend and ordered a bit more food. Last time I got a garlic sauce with my salad this time I did not. This time when I asked for the garlic sauce with the falafel I was spoken to in a way that made me feel as if I was trying to be deceitful and recieve one for free. I appreciate that it was brought to her attention that I did order and pay correctly. Still have plans to dine here as often as the distance for me allows. The food quality is unbeatable. I dined here today for the first time. Absolutely amazing. The service was great and the food was so Absolutely fresh and delicious it genuinely made my heart as happy as my belly. Highly recommend trying.

Very nice restaurant. Walk in and it's clean. Not too bright not too dark. The decor is pretty plain. The booths and chairs are nice. I got a drink and hit their drink station. It was hot so I mixed ginger ale and lemonade. Went well with the meal. I ordered kibbie as an appetizer. Its like a meatball with a deep fried coating. Excellent. I dipped mine in the garlic sauce. They brought out my pita bread with the appetizer and I ate about half of it before realizing it was probably for the main course but life goes on. My main course I got the sittoos combo. It's was great. The meats were all done well. Salad was good. The rice was spiced just right. My only wish is that there was more meat. My party split a coconut bar and baklava assortment. Also done perfectly.
