Took over 30 minutes to get drive thru order correct, bag of food passed to at least 2 different customers multiple times, and very rude female employee, who blamed all problems of: wrong order (4 times), cold, messy food, wait time, and lack of communication on how "busy" they were, but it was not at peak time, but early afternoon. Plus, they passed one bag of food to at least 2 different customers that we know of (twice to 1 customer) which is unhygienic! And this is not the only bag that was given to us that was wrong, so it's possible that the other bags given to us were also passed to other customers like the one was. We opened bag of food and found wrong condiments on hamburger, and they not only came back out and gave that SAME bag to us 15 minutes later, but also gave it to another customer (after we opened hamburger and touched fries), which other customer refused too! That bag of food had been handled so much, it was squashed, wrinkled, and looked like garbage, obviously not presentable, handled & inspected by 2 different customers and at least 1 employee, and they kept trying to pass it off to us! It should've been obvious to employee that bag of food was not presentable in many ways. The employee used no common sense and expected us to accept the old, passed around bag of food, the SAME one given to us originally, we waited, and was given same bag of food! even though it was not what we ordered, and had been in the car of another customer & inspected! It was a small order, why would employee not have enough common sense to know that it's not worth losing $3 to satisfy a customer, throw it away, and make fresh and get order right? This is what happens when companies hire & retain people with no common sense or inflexible...
Read moreOrder# 1350 ..cup of coffee 4 sugar & 2 cream...easy enough right? drive through was busy...all good with a little patience :) after payment watched vehicle in front of me handed food and a sticky cup. the driver handed cup back to attendant who wiped it down and handed back to guest. their order was all screwed up, so they pulled into a spot while order was corrected. my turn..young lady at window starts to hand me my order. I asked her to please verify..she reversed the amount of sugar vs. cream. replied to her that was incorrect, she abruptly told me that it was in reality my order was correct. as she hands me my cup I can smell the hot chocolate. tried to hand back to her, she refused saying due to covid can't touch cup after I touched it..and told me to throw it away. explained to her that I did not have the ability to set two beverages down without spilling. another lady wearing a purple shirt then comes to the window and feels compelled to show me the errors of my ways. I am then handed a cup of coffee that is scalding, can barely hold cup & lid is not seated..then she says sarcastically have a nice day. there was no sugar in coffee, so I parked and went inside to get some sugar. a young man wearing a blue mcdonalds shirt was there, told him of experience...he too said have a nice day. I was wearing clothing for yardwork, was not expecting to have to step out of vehicle...DID YOU JUDGE ME BASED ON MY APPEARANCE or ARE YOU CONSISTANTLY THAT RUDE TO YOUR GUESTS.

Read moreI ordered a Large Quarter pounder meal and a large banana smoothie off of the app which shows that you get monopoly pieces with these items and shocker when I get there theirs no monopoly pieces on these items. So I ask the cashier hey there’s supposed to be monopoly pieces on these items. The cashier girl says no there isn’t any at this location on these items. So I pull out my phone and go to the app to show her that in fact yes there should be monopoly pieces on these items. She tells me there’s nothing they can do about it. She’s getting very agitated and rude at this point. Then she yells for the manager to come over. He comes over and regurgitates the same thing she says. I show him that on the app these items should have monopoly pieces on them and he says I don’t know why they say that but it doesn’t come with monopoly pieces. So I ask could you just give me an empty container that has a monopoly piece on it and he says no I can’t do that. So basically there’s false advertising going on, duping people into buying these items thinking they are going to get monopoly pieces when there isn’t any on them. If I could give 0 stars for service I would. The cashier girl was very rude and angry. I bet I wasn’t the only one asking her why half my items were missing monopoly pieces. The food wasn’t very...
