Crumbl — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

I finally gave into the hype and went here to try the Dubai brownie. My local spot was insanely crazy busy so I went Here to try this place out since it was nearby my work. Dude. I am so glad that I did. Yes it was busy but not that bad. The girl behind the counter was Uber sweet and helpful. Her name is Angel. I got her name to give her a shout out. Lol, The people were demanding and insane for this brownie, and I seriously could not have kept my cool the way her and the blonde guy that was the manager did! Super shout out to the manager there he was doing a knockout job. I just didn’t catch his name. Blonde hair with lots of tattoos, kinda can’t miss him….The brownie was knocked out delicious and the other cookies I got were just as good. If I could give more stars, I would five out of five best experience at a crumble EVER! (and I go to a lot, lol) Will be back, forget the old Crumbl - this is my new...

I ordered the cookies 20 minutes before arriving to the location. When I walked in, several people were ordering on the tablets, and I stood by the pick up area. The worker was in the back of the store and started making the orders of the people that ordered in store. She brought boxes to the front, completely ignoring me, and never did acknowledge me. I finally said “ma’am” as she was walking away after she handed another customer their box. She turned around and I asked if she had a pick up order for Marcus. She said “I don’t know” looked at the screen and said “oh yeah” then proceeded to tell me that she just sold out of one of my cookies due to her filling the orders of those who ordered after me before filling my order. It also said that another cookie was sold out online...

The cookies are always good and fresh but DON’T EVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY or you will never get your order. I waited over an hour for a delivery for my coworkers. The tracking said they were 8 mins away for over an hour, so i called the store. The worker was very rude and short with me. She proceeded to tell me “DoorDash” cancelled my order! A phone call would have been nice. She couldn’t tell me why my order was cancelled or anything else but my card was definitely charged! The rude worker stated it would take 2-3 business days which was absurd!! I called back and a nice gentleman answered and was very understanding and apologetic. He told me I could pick up my order. I will be talking to a manager regarding delivery fees and tips because of course my order was...
