Starbucks — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

My family and I went to Kroger where we always shop this past Sunday. We decided to grab a coffee as a treat which is something we rarely do as a family because it is so expensive. We walked up to find no one working but a guy eating behind the Starbucks itself. I assumed he was on a break and someone else would come help so we didn’t bother him. After a few minutes, he came up and said he was sorry but he was on his break. I apologized for him having to help while on his break. He said nothing. I began to order my coffee and every time I finished a sentence such as “2 shots of espresso over ice” he would say “will that be it?” I’d say no and try to continue “with 2% milk” he’d again say “will that be it?” I kinda laughed and let him know i wasn’t done but he was very annoyed and not trying to hide it by talking under his breath and shaking his head etc. I’m the kind of person that will drink the wrong drink just to keep from feeling like a bother so i was for sure uncomfortable. We finished our orders and waited. I tried to make a joke that i hope my order is his only difficult one today which he didn’t respond to. Should mention we were his only customers this entire time. Both of our coffees were bad. Like so bad we didn’t drink much of them. We NEVER do this. I thought about not saying anything because my goal isn’t to get this man in trouble, but for a family that doesn’t treat themselves to things like this often, it was a real bummer. I would like to save someone else from having the same experience. Like maaaaybe Starbucks isn’t the place for him if an order that’s not on the menu frustrates...

Decided to go get coffee at Starbucks this morning. I order a tall medium roast and request room for cream. The barista hands me my coffee and it is filled to the brim. I handed it back and asked him to please pour some out. He pours out almost a quarter of the cup. I add just a touch of cream the coffee isn't hot it's almost lukewarm and it is the weakest medium roast I've ever gotten at any Starbucks ever. I...
