The Spark Indian & Nepali cuisine — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

The Spark is the sister of Aroma Grill and Bar Nepali Cuisine and it has many new and creative items that we are super excited about!!! The food has the same delicious legacy as Aroma and it’s soo much fun to explore the new menu (see pics). Creativity and innovation is the best way to describe the style and beautiful flavors at The Spark. What a wonderful place to enhance your love for Indian and Nepali cuisine!!!! The Chili Momo’s are to die for and the Samosa Chat is my wife’s absolute favorite! The Chicken Thali is an incredible deal and you get such a variety. It also comes with my favorite dessert, Gulab Jamun!!! I highly recommend it! The food is only rivaled by the kind and warm service. The great people at The Spark are genuinely happy that you chose them to dine with and we love them for that with all our hearts! It’s emotionally delicious!! Absolutely outstanding! From the warm greeting by the owner to the delicious food it was a wonderful experience! The owner took the time to explain some of the dishes and make recommendations. I had the Cucumber Salad which was a unique and delicious discovery, the Fish Tikka Masala in the most flavorable sauce imaginable, the Yellow Dal which had great depth of flavor and perfect texture, and the Tandoor Roti. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly and helpful, and the food was without question some of the best I have had. I don't normally write reviews but this was such a wonderful and pleasant experience that I felt compelled to take the time to write this. I will definitely be back...

My fiancé and I were beyond impressed by the variety and quality there was at this new spot The Spark. To start, we had some hot crunchy samosas and some flavorful flame momos, which are their momos in tandoori spices. Our curries were deliciously flavored and nicely spiced(you can order 1-10 level spice, we got 3 and 5 and they were perfectly fine). For dessert we went all out with mango lassi, a carrot pudding, and mango popsicle that tasted so fresh! The customer service was also very friendly, the server was very attentive for anything we needed. The owner is also very kind and when he's there, he walks by the tables and makes sure everyone is satisfied. This spot...
