Ordered 2 pizzas, estimated 30 min took 45. Order was wrong. Quality extremely poor. Wouldnt walk to back to get cheese when ran out and needed more but instead chose to spread around thinner- mentioned it and he just looked at me. Several bins were needing refills of ingredients. Know it is hard to find decent help these days but hygiene of employees was very poor and unkept. At least they wear gloves. Found hair in the food as well. Threw in trashcan. Manager/owner is typically great and will speak with him but was off last night and today.
Update: spoke to manger refund was provided for pizzas. When he asked about hair in both i said no but turns ur stomach and said ok- seemed like didnt want to refund both. Did a partial refund bc still charged for salad. Thats fine bought it and ate it. But think many would have done full refund as a service gesture....

The two staff say they just started ours, no problem, we will wait. They hand the family theirs and it’s literally just us waiting for the next 25 minutes. They finished pizzas for other orders while we are there, not working on ours like they said. Then they both start ours so we think ok, we will be out soon. Nope, the male employee quickly moves to another leaving the seemingly newer (slower) employee to work on our 6 pizzas. Then someone comes in to pick up a pizza and they both stop to help her. My order was incorrect and David the employee whom was “in charge” told me it was correct and I was wrong. I order the same pizza from every Papa Murphys and have never, not ever, had an issue, this is a saved favorited order. How did it change? It didn’t. My pizza was made incorrectly and David argued, refused to refund, and refused to contact a manager. I as a customer was truly offended. His female colleague found the ticket, confirmed he was incorrect and made me a new pizza as he pouted and stormed off to the back. Disappointing to say the least.
