Positive note first…cone was so yummy! Location was cute and clean.

Unfortunately, the employee serving me could not have been more rude. I brought my children in with their friends as a special treat, but I felt we were an inconvenience as customers. After one of the children said the sauce was not what she had ordered, I then asked what sauce was on top and the employee took the cup of ice cream out of my hand and threw it away… Leaving my son to cry. I wish there would’ve been more kind communication in how to order, what we were looking at when ordering, what order they were fulfilling when they were handing out completed orders …It seemed chaotic and it was not even that busy. I honestly wanted to cry when I left because the woman serving me was so rude. I am so disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying...

Crispy Cones is hands down one of the best ice cream spots I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. they genuinely made the experience even sweeter.

The cones themselves are next-level: warm, soft on the inside with the perfect crisp on the outside. But the cookie butter? Absolutely divine. It’s rich, flavorful, and takes the whole dessert to another level. if you’re a cookie butter fan, you need to try it!

I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Crispy Cones is a must visit.

It was kind of like a try it once experience. I will start with the positives. The cone was really good and the cookie butter spread was delightful. Cons. No greetings when we walked in. You order from a kiosk, which was fine for us, but there was an older couple in front of us that held up the line and had questions and staff seemed to busy to really care. My husbands cup of ice cream came out but they forgot mine. The cone was a little hard and messy to eat once you ate the ice cream off the top. I know it says premium ice cream, but tasted like regular soft serve. And the $12 for the cone and $6 for a cup of ice cream definitely won't have me...
