Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

God forbid you ask them to remake a drink because it doesn’t taste correct. The male employee working drive through was nice about it but when I pulled up to the window it was a short dark haired girl and she was as passive aggressive about it as possible.

She offered me an additional shot of expresso in my dirty chai, and I told her I was fine to receive what I had initially ordered and paid for. She insisted again, so I accepted, thinking she was being NICE and left an additional cash tip (tipped on the initial order). She requested I taste them before driving off and when I said it was better, she condescendingly told me I need to order two shots of espresso in my chai. YOU offered, and then tell me I ordered wrong initially.

How a business handles situations like these says everything about them. I had just returned home the night before at 3am from out of town (after flight delays) to find a busted refrigerator. I was having a bad morning and wanted my drink made correctly. If she wanted to make a point that HER EMPLOYER’s coffee is weak, she should have made the drink as ordered, then had me taste it, then taste the difference. Super weird though to openly admit that your espresso tastes like water compared to literally every other coffee shop in this area - multiple Starbucks, kindred coffee, etc.

Regardless of the drink, the way she treated me was poor and left me feeling bad as I pulled away (and wishing I hadn’t left that extra tip). I have not and will not return to this location so they can further...

I come here often. I order the same thing every time. Medium chai tea latte with ice. I received my drink loaded with ice and after two sips it was half gone. It also was extremely light and tastes like milk. I circled back around and asked if they could remake the drink. She stared at my drink I literally just bought and rolled her eyes as she rudely showed me how she measures drinks. I asked her why she rolled her eyes at the cup I was holding. “Because you drank your drink.” Yes, I took two sips of it and decided to turn around and ask for the drink to be remade because it tastes like milk and it’s loaded with ice. If I take two more sips there will be nothing left. Does she think I’m trying to cheat her out of 2 sips I took of this drink? She continued to be rude toward me rolling her eyes. This is a location I frequent often. I’d be embarrassed if my employees treated a customer like that over a drink that was made bad to begin with. It’s possible the girl mixing messed up or didn’t pay attention while she was talking about politics the whole time she...

ANYWAYS! This Dutch bros is my heart and soul! These people literally serve life in a cup! I come to this Dutch every day pretty much and my order is always right and on point. Every time.

I ONLY go to this Dutch cause the people at the rufe snow location are rude and the whole reason I go here is the vibe of the people there. Dutch on Davis’s employees are hands down best of the best…. On that note….today I needed my pick me up and to vibe with my Dutch people… there was a new chick at the window. She did NOT pass the vibe check. Period. She wasn’t nice at all- THANK GOD my dude was mixing up the coffee cause my drink was still on point. No shade EVER to this Dutch cause the people are amazing doing gods work out here!! But today I’m not a fan. She was even wearing the Dutch bros hoodie I would sell a kidney for!!! Slide me her hoodie and I’ll come clock in! I pass the vibe check I promise!
