Came in today, with my mom, nephew, her best friend and her son. Food was good, but was overpriced. Our waitress was just okay, she was nice enough but seemed irritated by doing her job. Our food came out fairly quick, but almost to quick. Hash brows weren’t cooked, completely. When asked for condiments she seemed annoyed by asking. She was to busy talking to other co-workers to do her job. I’m glad you love and like your co-workers, but wait till it’s not so busy to chat and hangout inside the work place. She got our tickets wrong twice, after explaining it to her who had what and who was on which ticket. She had to go back and look at the computer to see what the hiccup was and it still was wrong, it ended up getting resolved, though. My mom and her best friend, left very unhappy. But I’m more of the patient one who tries to be understanding to everyone and everything. All in all, I give it two stars for the food, cleanliness, and I do think the server was okay just could’ve tried better and improved. I’m not sure I’ll be back, unless I’m invited by a friend to do so. But I’ve had worse...

I don't want to give less than 5 stars because we love this place and the food and staff are always great. My only complaint is for 1 hostess who never seems very friendly, inattentive, and overall doesn't want to be there. Example; last week we told her (we'll call her hostess #2) we'll wait for a booth and because she didn't tell the other (busy) hostess #1 or make note of it we were called by hostess #1 a few min later to be seated at a table. Explaining our preference to sit at a booth #1 hostess then wrote it down next to our name. After we were finally seated at our booth our waiter took our drink order of 2 waters and 1 orange juice. She brought our drinks and took our food order. After she left hostess #2 brings us another OJ. Our waiter brings our food a short time later and I asked why the hostess brought us another OJ. She said," I don't know because I told her I've got your drinks". This is not the 1st time we've noticed her "mistakes" and I hate to see anyone lose their job but she just doesn't fit in with the exceptional...

Update: Haven't been in a while. Looks like they moved to the building next door. That threw me off a bit. Thankfully it's all the same, which is great!

Came here for lunch with a friend, ended up getting breakfast. Place was pretty busy with plenty of regulars. The menu is quite intimidating, so if you like variety this will have it. All the classic breakfast and lunches are represented. My buddy went with the migas and a cup of coffee while I did the country breakfast and an OJ (fresh squeezed). Food was fresh and prepared well. Hash browns were nice and crispy, not over cooked. Eggs were scrambled right without being runny. The sausage gravy wasn't powdery or oily. My only complaint was the biscuit being a bit tough, though I'm pretty in sure it was made earlier that morning. Our server was in incredibly nice and attentive. Even with it being that crowded, sitting in a booth it never sounded loud in the restaurant. I wouldn't mind going back to get breakfast in the morning ( probably the pancakes) or for some lunch. The burgers...

I recently visited Starwood Cafe, which offers a more elegant and sophisticated take on the traditional diner experience. The atmosphere is certainly a highlight—quiet, quaint, and well-suited for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The food presentation was attractive, though the flavors fell somewhat short. I ordered the sausage and cheese omelette, which lacked seasoning and depth. On a positive note, the applewood chicken sausage was quite flavorful and worth trying. The grits, however, could have been prepared better. Service was the most disappointing aspect of my visit. Upon arrival, my guest and I were not acknowledged promptly, while guests who arrived after us were greeted immediately. This left an unfavorable impression of the customer service. Overall, Starwood Cafe provides a pleasant atmosphere and has a few standout menu items, but the shortcomings in food quality and service make it unlikely that I would return.

Very modern yet cozy atmosphere. Plenty of personal space and seating. VERY BUSY, but service was quick for a 11:45AM on a Sun. I was bummed when I did not notice the long list of mimosa menu options as it was standing alone almost hidden on the table separate from our menus. We were provided such quick service to order drinks we did not even notice the extra menu. The latte was strong and good. Very satisfied with my *brisket skillet as the salsa on top of my egg was delicious(spicy) . I asked for a extra side of the salsa to eat with my skillet. I upgraded my pancakes to chocolate chip and they were fluffy and tasty. The food came so quick. Such a selection to choose from. There was at least one thing in each section of the menu I wanted. With some gluten free options, veggie options and meat lovers. Can’t wait to come again and this time try 1 or 2 of their many mimosas!
