We are so happy!
We have recently relocated from the N. Dallas/Richardson area and the Einstein Bros. location (with seating), had shut down a couple of years ago. After Bagelstein's had closed and because Cindi's was just too far to drive, this was our go-to bagel source. So we really didn't have a source for good bagels close to our home anymore and that sucked!
So when we found out that we had an Einstein Bros. location so close, we were quite happy!
So about this location: Shawn and his staff do everything they can to exceed your expectations. The bagels and shmears are delish! The customer service is excellent and the restaurant is clean and well-organized.
We got the baker's dozen and it's just the thing for those of us that like a variety! All the bagels were fresh and some were still warm! It's hard to pick a favorite bagel/shmear combo, as they all tasted delicious!
The one thing I would love at this location, would be to have it be just a bit bigger for several tables and chairs, for those that want to nosh and converse.
Overall, this location is exceptional and will continue to have my business for...
Read moreWe were really excited to go have lunch there, but that quickly turned to disappointment. Once we were inside, we realized there was no place to sit and eat and we had to take our food to go. So, after it took nearly 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches, we left and went back home to eat them. I would have thought with all of the time it took to make the food, that it would have been made well, but when we got home and sat down, they all looked pretty pathetic and lacking. I also asked for no onion on one sandwich and it came with onion, but no cucumber and the smallest amount a cream cheese and avocado I have seen on a bagel. I took it back, the girls at the front offered to have it remade. Still took the guy forever to get this one made too. The only input from the manager was yelling âSorry!â from his chair at the very back of the kitchen. Overall, very disappointed and donât plan to be back...
