Starbucks — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

I usually love this place. I don't go to this location super often, but it's been solid in the past. Today was just awful. We ordered a tall mocha frappachino with coconut milk and a venti caramel brulee frappachino. We were handed a tall caramel brulee frap. We told her it was wrong, and she said she'd fix it. No problem, it's only a slight delay. We were given our "correct" drinks and we began to pull away. My frapp didn't have whip on it, but I didn't care enough to ask them to fix it again. As we sipped them it was noticed that my caramel brulee frap was made with coconut milk, which I can't have. And the other drink tasted like the holiday mint mocha frapp. It also tasted like it had almond milk in it instead of coconut and didn't seem to have coffee, which is a substantial taste difference. We parked, brought the drinks in and asked them to remake them because it isn't what we ordered. They insisted that the mocha was made correctly, but remade the caramel brulee. It still didn't have whipped cream. But fine. I take a sip. It's INCREDIBLY watery. Doesn't seem to have any coffee in it either. The drinks tasted nothing like what we ordered. I'm done with dealing with it. It was taking too long and honestly I was tired. We went home and ended up dumping the drinks. It was a $10 order and that was just money down the drain. Very...

This store has spoiled me rotten. I can’t go to any other Starbucks and be as happy with the service as I am with this one. I thought my day was going to be ruined when my favorite cup broke due to my own accident at work, but they came in clutch and carried the cup, that I highly value. On top of that, the workers are always extremely sweet and kind, and I absolutely adore each and ever one of them.

There’s an older lady may be in her 40s that has my heart. I genuinely do not think my mornings would be as well office. They are without her.

I am in cosmetology school. She gives me a little peptalk‘s every once in a while because I have an hour drive and sometimes I just cannot stand it, but she tears me up and cheers me on

Please give this woman a raise!!!!!!

As Im typing this review Im seriously contemplating on a refund. I ordered my usual Strawberry lemonade refresher with extra strawberries. No ice. Size Venti. I get the cup served to me a little over half full. Wth??? 6$ for basically the serving of a small drink. I said why is my cup not full. Oh we are in the process of changing policy for those who dont want ice they get less drink. If i wanted a small i would have ordered a small. Im quite irritated about it and will NEVER come to THIS location. I dont want in the process service. If the policy has not changed serve me what I asked for in the size that I asked. After uploading the picture, I wanted to try it. It tasted watered down. Uggggh...
