Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Township

Update 10/03/2025: Check your hashbrowns! Check your bacon and check your receipts ! They are scamming customers in the mornings and only add 5 hashbrown on your order when we are paying for 6. I go here all the time and always buy breakfast for my kids, a mistake once is ok, twice I’ll pass it, but all the time is a scam. I tried giving them a chance and told them several times and asked why they are only adding 5 and all they say is sorry and pretend they don’t understand. They keep on putting only 5 hashbrowns on the orders. I’ve been buying and taking pictures of what they hand to me to have as proof and this is obviously not a mistake. At this point they are stealing from customers and are doing this on purpose because they think people are not paying attention especially when ordering through the drive-thru. Also check your snackin bacon, they are skimping on that too. When you order something and they offer you a $1 off if you buy more items, don’t fall for it they will not discount it. I’m just going to keep it super honest. You see the name, you know the brand it’s a no brainer when you want coffee or something sweet. But these two locations on calumet (Hammond & Munster) is a BIG NO.

You think “oh this is the most updated, modern location to go to”. NO, DO NOT LET IT FOOL YOU. I rather go to Speedway and get a coffee that has been sitting out than to risk drinking one from here.

From my personal experience, what I have witnessed myself & told, I will GLADLY take my business else where. I will be glad to pay full price, spend an extra $, waste gas. To ensure that I have a fresh, safe & good quality coffee or food item.

Dirty (not referring to tables, bathroom) unsanitary, unprofessional, rude and you do not get what you ordered or pay for. Unless you order a cup of coffee black. Maybe it’s just the owners of these locations,I don’t know.

But if I go to a dunkin it is going to be in another state or a couple of cities over. Take what you want from it but if they keep going the way they’re going, the brand isn’t going to save...

Always fresh donuts and other commodities. Very nice staff in the morning. Know their regular customers respectfully clean and knowledgeable of the menu. Update…….last few times the staff has changed. Staff makes the store what it is. This is all the reason I’ve decided to quit drinking coffee after being a customer for a long time. I do not want anyone serving me who has a awful attitude. Idc if it is just taking my money and handing me a coffee. I am a good reader of people and everything bout this transaction tells me to not return after I’ve tried to return before to give the benefit of the doubt. Some ppl are just not made for the public. Drive thru lady on days today and the other day is not someone I want to interact with at all. As nice as you try to be to ppl you just won’t get the same effort back.
