McDonald's — Restaurant in North Township

Now this isn't just this one time I was at this location it's been bad, but it's just getting worse and worse... I really would like to know how hard is it to get in order correct? How many times does one order have to be wrong? This past year I'd say this location has gone downhill so bad. The way the employees speak to you is rude and disrespectful, service from the employees are rude and I'm talking about management horrible rude impatient has no compassion as soon as you go up to the speaker it's "what you want" or "pull up" like just no reason to be rude. if you don't want to work with people go sit your butt at home. Because I know personally speaking I don't want to deal with somebody who acts like that especially when I'm spending my harder money. I went through the drive-thru two times and they still got my cheeseburger wrong I said I wanted it plain then I ordered a Big Mac meal sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. I'm sure my food was sitting in the bag that whole time while they were waiting for the other person's food and the fries were black cold my food was cold just everything was not right it was horrible. So I called let them know they were very rude on the phone I didn't check my food until I got home it was for my daughter. So I gave them my name I was able to go back there today after work to get my meal that they messed up on and they were making it seem like it was like I was asking for a million dollars and all I wanted was my food to be made correct. And they still couldn't get my food made right...

This was the 4th McDonald's that I had the glory of stumbling uponst this road trip, and from a general consumer perspective, it was arguably the worst McDonald's I have actively had the glory of visiting during this road trip.

The food was good, and was on-par with that of the other 2 McDonald's that I had the ability of consuming food at on this road trip, but the presentation of the food, as seen from that of other reviews I have read online regarding this establishment is very much terrible, when I received my food, it looked as if they had just thrown my Daily Double together with no effort whatsoever.

The service of this McDonald's is subpar, but it is relatively acceptable for that of the corporate standards for McDonald's. However, the drive-thru attendee, even for small orders, will not give your food to you at the window. Instead, you will have to wait upwards of 5 minutes for your food in one of the curbside pickup lanes, which makes little logical sense whatsoever.

The standard atmosphere of this McDonald's is also usual for that of a modern-day McDonald's locations from that of an interior perspective, but the atmosphere regarding that of the employees is lacking in a relatively significant manner.

Generally concluding, this McDonald's was by far the most average McDonald's I have come across in my lifetime, and was also the least impressed I have been in a long time regarding the presentation of the food, I will not be returning to this said location...

I had the most exemplary experience here thanks to a few outstanding employees starting with Deshawn who stepped in to assist an employee with my order because she couldn’t figure out how to ring something in!! Deshawn stepped in graciously after asking her if she could assist her, of course the young lady replied yes!! And so Deshawn stepped in excitedly!! Also, I got a chance to meet an incredibly professional, engaging, kind & hospitable manager by the name of Ty!! Ty also recommended the Apple fritter & Carmel latte that I totally enjoyed! I commented in the presence of a few employees that I’d work for Ty in a heartbeat which all 4 of the employees responded that she’s great to work with & they enjoy they’re job because especially the very friendly employee by the name of Kris! Kudos to Ty for hiring such a great team, with really good team play skills & friendliness! People sometimes don’t care until they know that you care & Ty really cares not only about her teammates but, her customers as well! By the way, my parents love this place because of their professionalism & friendliness!
