Smoothie King — Restaurant in North Township

I wish could give this place ZERO stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to this location. I just did an online order waited 20 mins before leaving my house to get to the store and my order NOT be ready. Wait in the store 15 mins and watch the unfriendly and unprofessional Catalina work on the orders of walk in people orders!!! Then when I ask about my order she proceeds to tell me she is working alone. No apologies and she couldn’t give me a solid reason why I was skipped for my online order for her to complete (2) back to back walk in orders. I immediately asked for a refund at this point. Remind you this isn’t the first time I have been to this location and be given some excuse about them being short staffed as to why your online order isn’t ready. I will never visit this location again. If you are in this area go to the other Smoothie King location in Schererville. The staff is more friendly and professional and they get your online order walk in orders done in a timely manner without...

This review is accumulated after 3 strikes and I'm out!

First pre-order was on a Saturday AM. Bit busy, but took over 30 mins from pre-ordering my smoothie to be able to leave with it. Everything tastes delicious!

Second time, PM week day. It was quick service, walked in and out. Also, a pre-order. Everything tastes delicious!

And the third time: PM Sunday, walked in to grab 2 smoothie bowls. Highly disappointed that the smoothie bowls were not only full when picking them. But they weren't even started with no one ordering or waiting in this location.

The smoothie king workers have the worst attitude and even worse smoothie skills. Specifically the crew working now around now at 7pm on June 29th 2025. They messed up my order and gave me attitude for it. They didn’t make my entire drink and rushed the process and made some vile bullshit that tastes like Chalky Water. Any other time has been acceptable, not amazing as most other smoothie kings I’ve ever been to, are.

Terrible service. Garbage drinks. Needs new training and I wish I had time and patience for a refund but I was ready to throw the bullshit drink they made right at them. I come here for a treat, not to be treated as a nuisance and burden all while paying my hard earned money.
