on May 13th at 7:26 pm i placed an order for pickup up through the doordash app. When i got to the drive up window they told me to come inside for a pickup order just because it was registered as a doordash pickup and not threw their website which had never happened to me before and i had done this same exact process months prior when i worked down the street. When i went inside to grab my PICKUP order, i sat there for over 5 minutes before any of the people working there even acknowledged i was there or asked what i needed. there was about 4 or 5 girls just talking in the left corner by the pickup area and none of them even looked at me they just kept talking. And again that really wasnt my main issue i get your job is boring and whatever but at least ask what i need right?. But anyways the issue i had was the fact they were sitting there laughing and legit twerking IN FRONT of the damn counter for a whole 5 minutes this goes on walking back and forth laughing and joking about "tiktok dances". Munster has been going down hill recently and its very apparent with the customer service given. I dont care what u do or how u have fun but if im there to pick up my food do your job and dont go dancing around before even talking to me. then on top of that they made me stand there for an extra 10 min while i watched them cook and bag my food after they were just dancing and talking for 5 min. Maybe if they werent dancing and messing around my stuff would be ready and bagged on time. And another thing is why have a pickup option and give me a specific pickup time if its not even ready yet and i have to come inside to grab it?? My father was in the hospital getting a stent put into his veins and i had to sit here waiting around for a simple 2 meal order because some immature workers think their jokes are more important than my time wasted. "Miss Jasmine", as she called herself, cashier on duty. Young ignorant disrespectful little girl. Simply trying to order lunch after a long day... Jasmine was rude in the drive thru, rushing, laughing, joking on headset. "ANYTHING ELSE, THAT IT, THAT IT" Argumentative at window, continued to be rude and ignorant. We asked for a manager because I'm not handing my card to a child whos behaving like a jerk. She was genuinely annoyed we were in her drive thru ordering food smh. She said the manager is doing HIS job... I said ok GET HIM. Then a woman comes up. 🤦🏽♀️ Refused to give us her name or store number to speak to corporate about their staff needing to be retrained on literally manners. Didn't care how outrageous her employee was behaving. Stretched her arm out just wanting to grab my card so we would shut up and go.. Both rolled their eyes at us and laughed while JASMINE continued to run her infant mouth.. No wonder the child on the window didn't care how she was acting. Cuz her manager is also poorly trained in customer service. Like if you don't wanna treat people right... Don't have a job in the service industry. I have a customer service job myself, and if you DO YOUR JOB and have common courtesy with people.. You will always be shown respect as well. She will learn 🙂

Read moreOrdered thru the app at 10:19. Ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit and small breakfast potatoes. Walked in the restaurant at 10:21. When next customer attempted to order a biscuit, he was told it would be about a 5 minutes wait. (I was not given the courtesy of this warning). That customer and I were the only one in the store for the 20 minutes I waited for my food. At 10:35, I asked about my order, after 10 minutes of employees trying to avoid eye contact with me. The employee at the counter shrugged her shoulders and said " I Don't know". I then asked for a refund and she left the counter to talk to who I assume was the manager. It was appearant from the exchange between the 2 employees that the manager was not interested in dealing with a customer who had paid for his food and hasn't received after 20 minutes. So, after witnessing this, I left the store and called Wendy's corporate. After being on hold for 8 minutes, I received another call on call waiting from the Wendy's customer service phone number. I answered it, and it was a recording from the 3rd party company that handles Wendy's customer service asking if I would like to hire them for customer service. Again this is while I'm waiting in the other line for actual customer service!!! After staying in hold for 5 more minutes, I finally hung up. Waisting 1 hour of time trying to get the $2.66 that Munster Wendy's stole from me not really worth it. So, bottom line paid $2.66 for Wendy's Munster and Wendy corporate to waste 1 hour of my time and never got breakfast!!!!! Way to go Wendy's!!!...
