From 2015 on we were regular customers. I also work locally, so I knew they were consistent and relaible with everything. This means everything beyond their pizza which was great also. You could order knowing you would get something decent for almost everyone at work or other.
For a while however we stopped ordering out and recently decided to order again, three times were lackluster.
The owner and chefs had attention to detail and was welcoming this was fine until the start of 2021, it started to slowly go down hill. The chefs attention to deal and overall quality went way down now in 2022 in everything other than their pizza.
If your going to order anything with lettuce absolutely make sure you inspect it. The sticker left on produce used in the salad and lettuce was below what was considered pizza shop quality. Family unfortunately ate part of it before realizing there was a stick left. Customers shouldn't have to look for stickers or be concerned about the quality produce or if it was prepared correctly.
Means the preparer is either overwhelmed or doesn't care. So if they're overwhelmed then they should have just stated this and taken longer.
The chicken had gristle in the meals which had it in it. Again, overwhelmed or doesn't care.
Prior the French Fries were served with sea salt and we're a good texture of fresh, hot and crispy but not too crispy. Now unfortunately they are just a mangled soggy mess with no salt.
The last few attempts was lackluster and going forward we will only buy the pizza. The value in the other items just is not there.
Again if you're going to order there only...
Read moreSeveral years ago, I visited Giannis Pizza for the first time. Luca was very kind and patient with me. He recommended the garlic bread cheese steak, and instantly I was hooked. Since then I have enjoyed a variety of delicious menu items. I love coming in and checking out the available pizza slices. I enjoy the variety of pizza toppings like sausage, pepperoni or mushroom, but I especially enjoy Gianni’s Trenton Style Pizza slices, as well as their Philly Cheesesteak slices with roasted red peppers. You also can’t go wrong with a plain cheese slice. My family and I absolutely love Gianni’s salads. I alternate between the Arugula salad and the crispy Buffalo chicken salad.
I love their chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies, which they offer to reheat in the oven.
Other pluses include their generous portion of mozzarella sticks, their variety of Pure Leaf drinks, Red Velvet Cookies (Offered around Valentine’s Day) and their fish sandwiches(Offered during Lent).
I follow Gianni’s on Instagram, and I love trying out whichever menu item they are promoting that week. I recently tried their fusilli pasta in a spicy pink sauce with roasted red peppers and sausage, which was amazing.
Luca and his entire staff have always been kind, courteous and accommodating to me and my family. I highly recommend Gianni’s...
Read moreI live in Florida, but grew up in Richboro, and have been visiting family there for many years. We all used to go to Giuseppe’s, but have switched over to Gianni's. I've always done take-out at Gianni's. My experience over many visits over the years ... Always warmly greeted at the counter. Owner does an awesome job running/managing the kitchen - typically asks for the order number, and immediately provides status and tracks/prioritizes any remaining food items. Honestly, I've never seen an owner so hands-on effective at running a restaurant. Anyway, the food comes out timely, and is always awesome - steak sandwiches, pizza, fries, occasionally apps and salads. Fresh, hot, tasty, nice portions. Summary - great service, great food, reasonable...
