Got a rainy pizza Friday. This spot was recommended. We dined in tonight. Got a large chicken parm pie. On the menu for the gourmet pies, it says ā€˜Please allow 30 minutes - These pizzas made on a ā€œdoubleā€ thicker crust’. This was a good pizza. Came out piping hot. This will fill you up. The thick crust really bumps up the food volume. The dough had some chew. The chicken was pretty good. It’s bite-sized and a good amount was used. Didn’t seem like true parm. Shame because the Chicken Parm dish looks good in the pictures for this spot. There was a bit of a parm cheese flavor throughout the pie. Could’ve been stronger. The mozzarella layer was pretty thick. I really liked the sauce. It was very flavorful and well seasoned. They threw splotches of sauce on it and the tops dried out well in the oven. The bottom crust was a medium toast. It had a bit of flop but all the toppings stuck to the pizza well. Overall I’d give this pie a solid 8 / 10. We also tried a small plain pie. I think this one was alright. Nothing crazy. Just good basics. There was a bit of grease separating from the cheese but nothing too bad. It held well and tasted fine. 5.2 / 10. Nice spot. They’ve been here since 1974 so they know what they’re doing. Check it out if ya get a chance. They also do slices and they looked pretty good but we came pretty late so they didn’t have much out. A few people were going for the honey mustard slice. Might be worth trying.

First-time visit to Dominic’s Pizza today, and I’m glad I stopped in. I grabbed a slice of the grandma pie, and it was definitely the right choice. The tomato sauce had a nice touch of sweetness, which paired perfectly with the fresh mozzarella and basil. You get that satisfying audible crunch when you bite in—always a good sign. The service was wonderful too—the slice came out right away, hot and fresh. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their slice options!

Wish I lived closer to pop in and grab slices whenever. One of the best cheesesteak slices I’ve ever had. The cheese whiz added to the slice really gives it that ā€œsauceā€ that most cheesesteak slices miss. Inexpensive and quick what more could you ask for!

Terrible service. I asked if they made tomato pies. I was confirmed they did. So I ordered a tomato pie. The guy who took my order repeated back tomato pie along with a few other items. Pizza arrived and there was cheese on the tomato pie. I had a little girl who is allergic to cheese here. I called looking at the slip assuming it was a mistake surely they would fix it because the slip said Trenton pie. I didn’t order that. When I called a woman argued with me that it’s ā€œtheir version of a tomato pie.ā€ I said but I didn’t order that. If the person who took my order said, we have a Trenton style then I would have said no that’s not what I want.

The woman never apologized. After she continued to argue she finally offered to make a tomato pie but said it would take at least an hour. I said no that’s too long. She never offered a refund. And just said we’ll be sure to specify Trenton in future. Ha good luck on getting another order in the future.

Poor service. This easily could have been fixed with a simple apology can I offer a refund bc we’re backed up 16 tickets....

We've lived in this area for 38 years and Friday night was our first time coming here for dinner. Friends over the years had told us how much they enjoyed it. By the time we were ready to try it, they had acquired a liquor license, a turn-off for us. Now the liquor license is gone, so we dived in. We came a little late for this area, so dining room (way at the back) was nearly empty. Our young waitress was delightfully pleasant AND efficient. The menu is broad with traditional Italian-American fare at very reasonable prices. The service was unhurried despite the late hour and the food was abundant and delicious. This will be our new local go-to for low-key,...
