We went with a family group of 5 and spent $85 between us for what is basically just a fast-food place. That is excessive. They have a somewhat strange setup since you go the counter to place your order and pay, then they give you a pager, which is almost immediately grabbed by what seems to be a waiter, but is actually a guy who hovers around and asks constantl\y if everything is ok to a degree that is excessive and disturbing. It would seem that service should be great then, right? Not really. First I went to get myself what is labeled as ICED tea but is actually hot tea. I filled my cup and the hoverer asked if I wanted ice. I said no, but took a tiny sip and found out the iced tea is some sort of DIY watered down with melted iced tea. The hoverer kept telling me to push my cup under the ice. I was going to just catch some in my had to add it gently, but he kept saying "push the cup!" I did and of course, hot tea splashed all over and I told him that is what I wanted to avoid. I had the steak grinder which seemed to have very little steak, especially for $17. My daughter had a gyro plate which did not come with the rice and Greek potatoes that she ordered. She had to go ask for it. No hoverer then. Her husband ordered a beef sandwich with cheddar and cheddar fries. What he got was a cold beef with a slice of cheddar on top and fries with a cup of shredded cheddar on the side. He had to ask the hoverer to have them heat up the beef and melt the cheese. My mother ordered a beef with a piece of extra french bread because she turns one into two sandwiches. They did not give her the extra bread, which had cost $1.75. Her guy had to go ask for it. He had the ribs which he said were mostly fat and had to be cut from the bones because they were not cooked well. As it turns out, both my grinder and mothers beef had all the meat pushed to one end. So my last 3 bites had most of the steak and cheese and she nearly abandoned her two meal plan because she didn't seem to have enough beef until she got near the end of hers. My daughter had to change drinks because the flavored water tasted odd. After being asked repeatedly if everything was ok, I finally asked to speak to the manager and explained all our issues. He agreed that it was all bad and yet did nothing to compensate us. He just said, "This is inexcusable and I'm sorry things were so bad. We need to do better. I will talk to everyone." Something as simple as the offer of a free dessert or a tiny refund would have been nice, although that's not why we complained. As it is the 5 of us will...
Read moreLoved this place until our last visit. Called early 4:30 to place order, and realized the pick up time of 5:45 was too early. Upon calling back to request a change to 6:30 (it was still 4:40) I was told they can’t change the time. I explained that I would not be there and to please change the time…. But the manager made all sorts of reasons about their computer system and inability to change it! She finally said she would manually pull the ticket when printed and change the time. Seemed reasonable.
But that’s not it. I then arrived for the food at 6:30, and had to wait 40 minutes until 7:10 before the food was ready. When they brought the food out finally, no apologies of any sort, instead they basically said it was my fault for changing the time. Wow!
When I arrived home, we realized that the 2 orders of chicken Alfredo, we’re missing the chicken. Naturally as anyone would do I called. It must have been a horrible day for them…. They literally started off with, “well you didn’t pay for chicken.” Ok, but I wanted chicken and would happily have paid for the chicken. My wife paid over the phone, I guess once the order had been repeated back verifying the order.. 2 penne alfredos with chicken,, it should have been her responsibility to ask them… did I pay for the chicken? My wife’s bad, she just paid without checking what they charged her for. So the manager argues with me and continues to stand behind the fact that we didn’t pay for it, but we could pay now and pick it up…. After driving there and waiting 45 minute Els for our food. We asked if it could be delivered, removers from our bill, or some courtesy toward the next order. Nothing! The owner gets on the phone and he let yelling at us that they repeat the orders back, yes they did and it included the chicken. Then he start complaining to me about the meals being $22 and the chickens is only $8. Honestly, about the most exasperating experience I’ve had in a while.. well, they lost a $1500-2000 a year customer over a “$22” mistake. Honestly the mistake was minor, the customer service was absolutely horrible.
Not sure if it’s new management or a new owner or both, or perhaps it was a horrible day for them. Unfortunately it was...
Read moreThis is a nice play to hangout with family 👪 or friends to dine in 🍽. It is very organized and very clean. You have a good selection of options to choose from to have a variety taste of this place 😋. Lots of parking since it's a plaza location🚗🛻.
When you order, you get a number like they do with Culver's 🍔. You don't have to wait standing or come to get your order. Instead, you have a set of workers there that come and carry over your order to your table. Very good customer experience. Especially for the elders, I witnessed how good of a service the 2 gentleman did that day as it got busier during our stay there.
What I ordered with a burger 🍔 with fries 🍟 and a vanilla shake 😋. I was satisfied with my meal. My waffle fries 🍟 were amazing. Portion was enough for me. Not too little but also not too much where I felt almost sick for eating too much. Shake was like really soft ice cream 🍦. I was tempted to get a piece of cake they have for dessert 🍨 🥧 🍦 🍡 🍧 🍩. But, I'll come back soon.
This was my first time coming here and my experience was good. And the service was very nice and pleasant.
They do dine in, take out, delivery and curbside pick-up.
Plenty of tables inside and outside to dine in 🍽. Remember, to place your number 🔢 by the condiments rack so that employees see where to send the order too.
Pricing is decent. For 1 person your spending roughly 15 to 25 dollars💲 since they range depends if your ordering meals🥙🥘 or dinner🍛🍲 options off menu.
I was happy to find this location.
Definitely a spot to join...
