I came in with two families. We spent over 100 dollars on our dinner. 10 dishes, 2 appatizers, and 6 drinks. Times are hard and a night out for dinner is not an easy feat and we chose your restaurant. We even ate in for the full experience and to relax. When we left we wanted to take our left over food home. We used the small containers at the drink station, however our pizza and larger meals did not fit. So the simple solution was asking the front team for a larger box. I had no idea the larger box was going to cause such animosity and rude behavior from the employees up front. When I was told I could not have a larger box because it was policy, I said I spent a lot of money and wanted to take my food home and needed a larger box to do so. Your team then stormed off came back with a box and handed it to me with an attitude. My family friend also needed a larger box for a pizza and she was told "no, it policy, and she needed to cram it into a smaller box" she said it was a pizza and then was given a smaller square box but we still needed a large box for food. If we would have gone through the drive through and ordered our food, we would have been given a box for the same price. If this in fact the policy, I'm shocked your willing to lose customers over a to go box for the food we purchased. There is the reason restuarants are going out of business.
To this point I am not writing to you just because of a silly to go box but what happend afterwards. When your team responded with a nasty tone, dirty looks and talking about us behind the counter as if we could not hear, I asked for a manager. I was told by a girl with very large eyelashes that there was not one on staff at the time. I said that's fine, I would like a phone number for a manager. She then left for about 4 minutes and came back with a number on paper for me. I asked who's number it was and for the name of the manager. She was reluctant to say, but eventually told me Andramada was the managers name. I went back to my table and called the number on the paper. To my surprise it was a fake number. I even kept the paper with the fake number. So I looked up another number online and called it. When the phone was answered by your store I asked for a manager. I was told I was speaking with a manager. So I started to tell her what was happening and before I could even finish she became very defensive and told me there was nothing I could do, and this was the policy. I then asked if she was a manager, she said yes, and I said are you in the location I'm standing in. She then said yes. So not only was I lied to about no manager being on staf, but lied to about the phone number. So I replied by saying, "I was told there was no manager in the store. She then replied with, "well I am not the manager you are looking for. I'm not Andramda".
I am shocked this is how situations are handled, and can not fathom that an owner of a business would think this was acceptable. I am reaching out to tell you our experiance.
I would love to hear...
Read moreOrder ID: AAAZYM78AEB7 My granddaughters have loved Fazoli's since they were toddlers and we have eaten at this location for the last 7 years at least once a month. We went last night and I doubt we'll ever go back. The cashier at the front counter (Lilee) was extremely rude to me when I was trying to place our orders and argued with me about what one of my granddaughters wanted. Not only that but when she rang up my order, she pulled the receipt off and threw it in the trash without asking me if I wanted a copy of it. When I requested it, she acted like it was the most horrendous thing to be asked for. The only reason I gave 2 stars for the food was because the only good thing was the salad. Nice and cold and fresh. Other than that, the marinara meat sauce was way too salty, the fettuccine alfredo was pretty much all fettuccine and hardly any alfredo. The dining room was filthy. Had I done a walk through of the dining room before placing our food order, we would have done a walkout. Trash was on the floor, the drink station was dirty with sticky floors, of 2 tables being used (us and another family), out of about 15, only 3 other tables were clean. The sunlight was coming through the windows and you could see a layer of dust all over. It's a shame that my granddaughters won't be able to enjoy another Fazoli's meal as I refuse to patronize this...
Read moreUnfortunately I had an extremely bad experience at this fazoli’s. I went through the drive through and the woman taking my order immediately sounded rude and unwelcoming with little patience. I brushed it off and proceeded to order. I went through the drive through only to find that an item was missing from my order so I went in like anyone else would. The same lady who took my order (the manager I assume) insisted, in a rude condescending tone, that she got my order right and that I was confused. I tried to explain what happened from my point of view then she cut me off mid sentence to say the same thing, that I was confused and I would need to order again if I wanted the product. After I ordered I even whitnessed this manager showing the same disrespect to her employees. She should be ashamed. I let it go and ordered the rest of my meal and left. As someone who has worked in customer service I can confidently say that if an entry level employee expressed the same amount of disrespect that this manager did to me, they would be fired faster than they could say ravioli. Why not hold managers to the same expectation? I won’t be going back to this fazoli’s and I can only hope that there will be a change in management so other customers and employees won’t have to endure the same amount of disrespect from...
