If you enjoy Cane’s, do yourself a favor and avoid this location. At a recent visit, we placed an order in the drive thru. We had to give our order three different times to 2 different people. No one explained what the confusion was, we assumed their speaker was not working so by the 3rd time we had to give our order, we spoke louder to ensure that they heard the order. To our surprise the employee made a snide remark to us at the end of the order which came through the drive thru speaker loud and clear. It was extremely unprofessional. Definitely not the way you would expect an employee to speak to a customer. When we arrived to the pickup window I asked to speak to the manager on duty. Lily introduced herself as one of the managers available and we explained the rude and unnecessary comment the employee made over the speaker when taking our order. She was empathetic, understood our frustration and said she would address the inappropriate behavior with that individual. Before receiving our order, the person who treated us rudely came to the window after Lily spoke to her. Not to apologize but to argue with us at the drive thru window knowing we made a complaint about her. She went on to say she too was a manager at that location, was very unapologetic and extremely confrontational, lacking any professionalism or sense of customer service. While we are a fan of Cane’s, we will NEVER visit the Northglenn location again due to that individual’s unprofessional behavior. If that is who Cane’s hires to represent them and manage this location, they will loose many more customers as she does not represent the business well or act like a trained, professional manager would. However, my recent visit to the Northglenn location at 1611 E 120th Ave was deeply disappointing and left much to be desired.After ordering meals for my family, we were left waiting an unreasonable 40 minutes for just one of the meals to be prepared. Despite our patience and understanding that sometimes delays happen, the lack of communication and initiative from the staff to address our wait time was frustrating. When we approached the counter worker to inquire about the delay, our concerns seemed to be brushed aside with no immediate action taken to rectify the situation.It was only after insisting on speaking to a manager that we finally received the meal we had been waiting for. Unfortunately, this came with no apology or offer of compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. This oversight not only reflects poorly on the customer service at this particular location.I am disheartened to say that based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Raising Cane's at 1611 E 120th Ave, Northglenn, CO 80233. While I remain a fan of the brand, this location failed to meet the standards of service and quality I've come to expect from Raising Cane's. After two times before having either very little fries in my order, or very tiny chicken fingers (much smaller than what they have normally), yesterday I had an order that had some tiny chicken fingers and missing the bread. I decided to drive back to let them know how the order came and it is missing bread. The girl’s response (not sure if she is the manager but she was wearing green/blue shirt) was really unprofessional, she just said I will give you a bread that is all I can do. I definitely refused that and told her that is totally unacceptable and that I had to drive back again because of their mistake not having bread on top of having tiny chicken and now my meal is cold. She still said she can only provide a bread. I got pissed and told her calmly I ordered a hot meal so I need a normal hot meal with the bread, and she eventually gave me what I asked.
