Dunkin' — Restaurant in Northvale

TODAY - THIS place has some major issues with service and employee who doesn't know how to make the drinks. Ordered a signature latte iced and it was made by a young boy who was too busy with his phone and eating his food rather than a paying customer. Ordered the drink in drive thru, he didn't put cinnamon or caramel on top of whipped cream. I asked him if he could kindly add. He took cup and added the two. After leaving, tasted bitter, worst iced latte we've had. Drove back to gas station entrance and entered. Employee was eating and playing with phone. I asked him if he could remake or something. He refused basically and said "I'll add more syrup". He did not stir it after adding the carmel so I had to reach over the counter and take a spoon and stir myself. Took it back to the car. Tried it again. It was horrible, tasted like Carmel Water!! This Dunkin usually has fabulous young lady, but haven't seen her in a few months. And she knows what she's doing to perfection. Unfortunately, today was a disappointment. Only reason that I gave 3 Stars is because usually it's a fantastic drive thru with people who know how to be civilized to customers....

I live in Norwood. I took my children and her friends to Norwood Dunkin' Donuts - they had no donuts and the place looked pitiful. I still bought half a dozen. They had strawberry sprinkles and chocolate crème and strawberry frosting donut and no munchkins.

My husband wanted a pumpkin donut so I decided to go to Northvale dunkin in the hopes their selection was way better Their service was awesome and their donuts were stocked and they had munchkins!!! I also went inside, it's a much cleaner place and newer!!! and their donuts just looked fresher, not like all beat up.

Worth the extra two minute drive...

I just encountered a not so smart cashier named Archie. My suggestion is that he doesn’t deal with the public. I asked him kindly if he would throw away a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee cup that was empty and he said no he could not do that, I could see not taking another company’s trash. I asked him if he could take it so I had room for my two new coffee’s. And to boot he forgot our straws, and didn’t get our coffees correct, so needless to say due to our incredibly poor customer service I will never ever give that Northvale Dunkin’ Donuts my...
