Ordered a reg. #13 on their rosemary bread. Asked the guy putting the toppings on not to cut the bread in half. A second later he cut the bread in half. Upon me stating I didn't want it cut, he took the top pieces of bread off, man-handled the meat and toppings and slapped them together on to a new piece of uncut bread. Meanwhile the meat was already cut in half.
I couldn't believe the way he put the sandwich together. Some of the toppings fell off the bread, I said something to him about it, and he mumbled something. Wrapped it up and that was it. Other workers were looking at him.
It was 8/12/24 and 1:20 pm. I had a bag of chips that I was going to buy too, but after that, I put them back. I'll never go there again. So unprofessional.
PS. I ate the sandwich because I paid $12 for it. It was so messy from him "piecing it back together" Ugh...

Some of the overweight, Caucasian employees here are weirdly passive aggressive and unpleasant. They wasted 30 min of my time today. I ordered for pick up as I have before. Arrived 20 min after ordering so I can pick up and leave. Order wasn’t at the door so I went to the counter to wait for my order. After about 15 minutes I realize I’ve been waiting while other people have been walking in, getting new sandwiches made, and walking out. Waited a little longer suspecting maybe they wanted me to get on line or something. They were weirdly ignoring me. I finally got someone’s attention about my order and they made my sandwich and I left. I usually go to the Emerson or Northvale location. Today I ordered 4 sandwiches which cost close to $50 with tip. I must say I was very disappointed as my family all started expressing that the bread was hard and seemed old. We didn't order the bread toasted and they weren't they were just old, the bread crumbled as we bit into it. I'm sure the server had to know it as he handled and prepared the sandwiches. If I lived close I would have returned the old bread sandwiches. We didn't even get the correct ingredients on the sandwiches. total waste of money. It felt very dishonest of them to serve that bread. I will never return. I guess I'll go back to the Emerson location and hope they never let me...
