We went to this cafe to have a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The eggs were not cooked and had an odor. My daughter asked for the manager, which was the same lady that took our order. She told the manager the eggs are not cooked ( way undercooked) runny. And they were supposed to be scrambled. My daughter asked to return them for actual cooked eggs. The manager was very rude and not professional. ( SHE SAID NO- SHE ALSO SAID THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE NEW SANDWICHES. I do not think that was wise, being that the eggs have been recalled and so many people are ending up in the hospital. So we just left. We could not eat the sandwiches. She gave us NO REFUND AND NO NEW SANDWICHES. I would like the OWNERS to address this matter ASAP. As they could be liable for a lawsuit should anyone get sick.

Kelsey which was the one that was the manager and rude, She explained that the eggs were not cooked and they were raw, she was again very rude and hung up on her in mid conversation-. My daughter was trying to advise her on the dangers of raw eggs and she should have replaced the sandwiches. She was lying to my daughter about the incident.I will be calling the BETER BUSINESS B…. I hope the owner reaches out. She is not only very rude , she seems like she has mental problems. She should not be working in an establishment like this.BTW. Read moreThe Food, as usual, is good at Einstein's. My problem this morning was the negative demeanor from the employees. This establishment is in need a manager with a positive influence on customer service. When you approach the counter there is no welcoming smile, you are greeted with a look like you're a burden on their time. This continued throughout the service, Once my wife asked a question and got a look like she took up too much of their time. One patron asked if they were out of hazelnut coffee and was ignored only for the employee to ask her coworker after a minute if they were out of that type of coffee. The proper response should have been to acknowledge the customer with "Sorry Ma'am I'll find out or have someone come check on it. As we were ringing out the gentleman at the register took our card, was talking to us about our order, then handed us a receipt. He started talking to the next person in line without letting us know he was done with a Thank you, Good day, Come back again, nothing we were just standing there waiting on our order. Finally, we were handed half our order when my wife commented we also had the dozen and half bagels, the young lady gave her a rude look and handed her the bag. Read moreThe baker at your location is so incredibly rude. The app online doesn’t have all the bagels online so I order online and ask to switch one of my plains for a salt bagel. They have always done this no problem. Today I opened the bag and took out the smaller bag. I did not touch any bagels. He threw the 5 plain bagels away of which they only had 2 left in stock bc he said they could have been touched. This made no sense to me as now he is wasting those bagels. He is not even talking to me about this instead he is telling his employee what to do while I am standing right in front of them. My sons have food allergies and is limited on what they can have so now I’m stuck with 3 bagels that they can not have. Again he is not talking to me about any of this he is talking to the employee who they are both standing right in front of me. I’ve gone in here for years, and he never smiles and is not welcoming. He likes being in charge and it goes to his head. I have never written a bad review online but felt this was worthy of it.
