Pancheros Mexican Grill - Livonia — Restaurant in Livonia

So, my boyfriend and I decided to give Panchero's a try. Mistake. We did mobile ordering through the website on my phone, and later went in and headed to the mobile order station to pick up our order. We stood there for several minutes before we were acknowledged at all - no hello, no “we'll be with you in a minute,” etc. There were 2 customers in line with 3 crew members and a manager/supervisor, all working incredibly slow. We could tell this place wasn't run very well, but we could deal with that part.

The manager/supervisor finally came over to us. He gave us a total to pay. I let him know I paid for the order online. He looked like he didn't believe it. He looked at the invoice he had of our order and said he didn't see it was paid for, then asked, "what place did you order this?" I told him the Panchero's website. Shouldn't he be able to tell me that since he clearly received the order/invoice? I then pulled out my phone and showed my receipt and payment information.  His response was, "You should just use the app." Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know directly ordering from your website with the giant "Order Now" button was a problem, a website that doesn't even mention there's an app anywhere other than on the "Rewards" page from what I've seen. I'm also not going to download an app every time I make what's probably going to be a one-time order.

Anyway, this guy reacted like the issue was my fault. Somehow, I was an idiot for ordering from the official website vs. the app. I didn't mind showing my receipt at all, but the manager/supervisor made no effort to apologize, say there might be an issue on the establishment's end, etc. Our order was handled poorly from the second we walked in until we walked out. It’s been a few months since this visit and we haven't been back to any Panchero’s locations. We've been easily placing online orders and enjoying our burrito...

If no stars were an option, I would definitely choose it. What a terrible experience and low quality food. I ordered shrimp tacos. They were raw. I had to actually ask one of the employees to come from the back to discuss. All three were hiding in the back. She screamed at someone named Josh to come out and fix it. She then proceeded to tell him how dumb he was. I asked if I could just have chicken. Josh then fixed my meal. I asked for the green salsa and he corrected me that it is called verde. I explained that verde means green in Spanish. Customer service at its finest! I then asked if there was a price difference, and Josh said he did not know. I asked if anyone did know. He shrugged his shoulders and homered at someone else. Some other guy came from the back and messed with the register for a while. Said it was $0.25 and why did I need to know. I said that I paid for shrimp which wasn’t cooked and asked for it to be replaced with chicken. This “manager” then said, “Do you just want some more chicken?” I said that I would really like someone to just acknowledge that that I paid for one thing, it came raw and then I had to wait for a replacement. Seriously, these employees need to learn how to apologize and maybe try to make things right. If I could give them a no star rating I...

Playing ▶️ it safe still.When we can with pandemic post 📫 😉 season. 😷 🤿 🎭 😷 We order steak taco's, chicken 🐔 😋 ♥️ enchiladas, & chips n salsa. We were given plenty of napkins n silverware 🍽 😀 😉. We kind of stumbled upon this place- PANCHEROS. Qdoba canceled out our order FOUR TIMES ⏲️ with Uber eats. We actually had to call Qdoba to talk to them about canceling our order so we could order something else. Qdoba management answered and said to us that they were all out of everything but meat 🍖 n cheese 🧀 n lettuce. Nothing else. Please 🙏 😢 complete the cancelation so we can order some other food.
