So my coworker and I came in yesterday. We didnt see the sign that they were only letting 5 customers in at a time. So we barely walked in the door and this guy barked at us that only 5 were allowed inside so we went back out and waited. (Which was fine, if that's the policy) then we ordered our food , mine was paid for at 6:06, my coworkers was paid at 6:08. We stood by the receiving area and waited. The takeout lady was running back and forth constantly to take orders out to the takeout customers but those who ordered inside were kept waiting. I'm okay waiting for burgers but my coworker and I were on our 30 min lunch and we spent 28 minutes waiting for our food. Meanwhile, other customers came in and at a few different points, there was more than 5 customers waiting, but they only pointed it out one more time in the half hour we were waiting. So there was a lack of consistency. I was okay waiting for my food but a half hour? While your workers are pounding out all of these takeout orders for people waiting in their cars? I appreciated the 5customer rule but I did not appreciate being barked at by a worker. I get he was just trying to do his job but he was so rude about it. My food ended up being wasted becuase I had used up my.whole lunch break waiting for my food. So thanks for that. And I love 5 guys burgers and they are kind of pricey so can yall please take care of your customers waiting inside like you were for the...

Each burger is marked with a number which corresponds to the order in which you placed the order. It's really handy to know whose burger is which.
Burger:Best tasting burgers from 3-6 dollars. Single, double patty and with and without cheese and bacon. Buns and meat seems to be made in heaven. Free toppings including grilled onions, hot sauce, a-1 sauce and mushrooms. You can get them all if you want. Made fresh from never frozen beef. Bacon looks yummy although I never tried it.
Fries: yummiest fries ever. They give you so many fries as they were free. I usually take the little size and it's more than enough. Love the Cajun seasoning. You cans get it on the side too and try it on the fries. The potatoes are freshly hand cut and procured from local farmers whose names are often mentioned. Getting regular and large sizes and sharing is a great money saving tips for families.
Free Peanuts: free unlimited yummiest ever peanuts. Eat as many as you can eat.
Other options: They have meatless cheese and topping options for vegetarians. Cheese sandwich tastes good too. They also have hot dogs.
Caution: For people with allergies to peanut as they use peanut oil...
Read moreOne of the worst 5 guys I have ever been to. It was very dirty, cashier stayed on phone the whole time, they were wearing hair nets but the manager had 2 long braids that reached down to her waist whipping around. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers- neither had bacon they were made very messy the girl who was making them was too busy chatting with a group of her friends that came in, I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I could get the missing bacon which she rudely grabbed a handful and threw on a piece of foil so my husband and I had to put on ourselves. We then witnessed an employee be extra nasty to a guy who wanted a side of mayo saying I put mayo on that burger customer replied I want more than you put on it, to which Raven-that was the employees name started saying stuff about it under her breath before she finally gave him the mayo the only reason I know her name was raven is 1. She made quite the scene 2. The manager yelled Raven knock it off so overall worst one I have ever been to from start to finish. I like 5 guys because its usually an upbeat place smiling happy employees but not today.... I won't be back or recommend this one. There are plenty of other...
