From the second I walked in employee Anja was very rude telling me I couldn’t bring my cart. Then she was rude and helped another customer in the middle of my transaction, moved to a different register. Then back to the one I was at. She even took some of my things and set them in my cart as if they were in her way, I wasn’t done dealing with them and she didn’t even ask. Then she told me my box I purchased there did not need tape but I ask if she would please tape it anyway and she agreed but left the box untapped. Starting to help the next customer and then told me she would tape it after the next customer if I wanted to want to see I was welcome to wait. So I did since I had very little trust in her at this point. Complete lack of respect and waste of my time. This was my first time at this location and I’ll never come here again. I have to agree with all the bad reviews that talk about how rude and unprofessional some of the employees at this location are. On February 9, 2025, around 1pm. I went to this store and was treated horribly by the girl there. I asked about her name and she wouldn't give it to me, you know why? Because she knew she messed up. UPS, please do something about this rude employee, and I promise that I will fix my review. Let me tell you, this is not the first time that I have gone there and got treated badly by this same unprofessional girl.
