I don’t usually post negative reviews to businesses but was so disappointed with this business. Took my phone in for cracked back replacement. When I went to pick it up the new back was broken and my speaker and flash stopped working. To their credit they did fix the flash. After about two weeks of attempts to get the speaker fixed and back replacement (again) I gave up as the phone clinic just couldn’t understand why the speaker stopped working and could not provide a date the part would be available. Went to another repair shop and phone was fixed within a couple hours. New back, speaker and a new battery as both were damaged by...

I went into my phone clinic with my daughter and immediately got greeted by Stacey! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help us with our cell phone problems. Brandon and his colleague put on my iPhone 15 screen protector instantly and for free. I can tell both were raised with respect. As I approached the store, I spotted Brandon, the store employee, painting over a tiny dent, and I watched how he takes pride in all the details.
